From the moment I arrived, I had a truly amazing and memorable stay. What made my experience even more special was meeting such wonderful and genuinely caring staff. Jham from the Concierge was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. He assisted me throughout my stay and always made sure that I was comfortable and well taken care of. His warm hospitality truly made me feel at home. I would also like to give a special thank you to Rodrigo, who kindly helped me with my belongings and made everything so much easier. His thoughtfulness and willingness to assist did not go unnoticed. It’s the exceptional service and the people behind it that make a hotel truly special, and The Darling has certainly left a lasting impression on me.
