From the moment we arrived and were checked in by Dita we were impressed with her professionalism and attention to our every request. The room upgrade was unexpected, but deeply appreciated. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, our stay was absolutely perfect. The room was immaculate, luxurious, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming every time we saw them. We truly cannot find a single fault. This is, without a doubt, the best hotel we have ever stayed in.
