Gran Melia Xian

The surrounding landscape of this hotel - Gran Melia Xian is very impressive. It is well connected with malls, shopping outlets, restaurants, bars/cafe accessible at the back of the hotel and a beautiful park in front of the hotel. The entire area is very brightly lighted up resembling a fairy land environment. The lobby area is very spacious, and the setting provides a cozy ambience. The room is comfortable with the lightings and air-conditioning operated via sensors. The bathroom is located after the room door entrance with very conducive setup in terms of the shower and toilet area being separated by the wash basin area. The only setback is the water pressure from the hand shower is very slow. Also, the narrow corridor towards entering the bedroom. I do enjoy the comfort of the bed and more so, it is rather quiet and peaceful which you can hardly hear noises from the outside. The house-keeping service is great and very responsive in our requests. The breakfast provided is also appetizing with a good option of food and beverages. Overall, the hotel is well maintained, and the rooms are kept very clean. It is worth the stay and to experience the vibrancy of the surrounding hotel.

The moment we walked into Gran Melia Xi’an, we felt the warm welcome by all staff. Talia at the front desk helped us to checked in and upgraded us to the executive room! She also provided us the access the executive lounge while we waited for our rooms to be ready. Berry Yang on the executive lounge welcomed us with lovely smile and informed us with list the places to go and eat around here. Then Berry and Leah escorted us with our luggage's and made sure we settle in our luxury and comfortable room. We want to congratulate the Gran Melia Xi’an management to have such a devoted and caring team as the front faces of the Gran Melia Xi’an, by providing impeccable services and warm welcome to all guests. Through our stay, the team led by Berry on the executive floor always received us with smile and willing to assist us with our requests. I am a frequent traveller for work and personal reasons, and I have to admit this is probably one of the best service I have received so far. I am a firmed believer of people is your asset in any business, having a special team like this one will definitely help Gran Melia Xi’an to consolidate its brand name as well as business growth. I want to sincerely thank them for the great work they have done!!! Red Level never disappoints and this hotel was no exception. Our hostess Berry was fantastic. She was friendly and helpful. Perfect spoken English and professional at all times. Such a beautiful lady - inside and out. There was always a wide range of food and drinks in the Red Level lounge. Such a pity that we were the only guests enjoying it. The hotel although some distance away from the city center is very close to a shopping mall and many restaurants. We would have liked to have stayed longer.

Superb Gran Melia hotel in Xian! Stayed in Red Level room with access to Red Level lounge. The lounge is open from 10am to 10pm every day. Alcohol and soft drinks served all day with happy hour between 5.30pm to 8.30pm where hot food and canapes are served. Fantastic service and great ambience! Good location as well. You can walk to nearby shopping mall and restaurants. Swimming pool and gym very modern with plenty to to keep you occupied. Spacious and swish! The wow factor...

It was great to be in this Hotel. They treated us incredible well. The installations are very good and rooms are superior. We would like to thank specially to the LEVEL Team and Berry, they were extremely nice. Thanks again and we will come back for sure.
