Family friendly plus a touch of class!
Anantara Vilamoura strikes a wonderful balance between luxury and family-friendly comfort. The atmosphere is relaxed yet refined, making it an ideal choice for anyone seeking tranquility with a touch of indulgence. The staff are exceptionally attentive, going above and beyond to cater to guests’ needs. One evening, I requested a snack for my daughter and was pleasantly surprised by a beautifully presented fruit platter—a thoughtful gesture that exemplified the level of service throughout our stay. The vibe of the resort is serene and chilled, perfect for unwinding. The marina is conveniently close and easily reachable via Uber, offering a variety of dining options. Breakfast at Anantara Vilamoura is stunning, with an impressive selection of fresh, high-quality offerings. The egg station is particularly noteworthy, providing a wide range of choices that cater to all tastes. The lobby features a pool table, adding a fun, casual element to the elegant surroundings. Around the pool, the service was consistently excellent, further enhancing the sense of relaxation and pampering. Overall, Anantara Vilamoura delivers a harmonious blend of sophistication and family-focused amenities, ensuring a memorable stay for all ages. Will return!

Enjoyable break
We stayed for 5 days with the pool access inter family room. Hotel was quiet compared to around the marina so we have the world of comfort. The breakfast selection is excellent with everything fresh and tasty. We never had any issue with getting sun loungers with the staff around the pool always available as required. Drinks are very expensive but to be expected for a 5 star. We would happily come back as we usually stay nearer the marina but this is a lovely option, Ubers only around €8 to get to Vilamoura centre.

Great stay at the Anantara
We had a great 4 night stay at the hotel, a true 5 star experience. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The room was spacious with a great view. Plenty of tv channels available and water replenished daily. The room was also cleaned multiple times a day on occasion which was a very nice touch. We ate at the restaurant 'Ria' once and the food was excellent, along with a very wide choice of breakfast options. I would highly recommend this resort for a stay in Vilamoura.

Great resort
We had a wonderful stay at this 5-star Anantara Vilamoura Algarve Resort. The room was clean, spacious, and offered a very calm and relaxing environment — perfect for a restful getaway. We received a warm welcome from both the front desk staff and the porter, which made us feel right at home from the start. We opted for the half-board package and were very impressed. Dinner each evening was delicious, with a great variety of dishes to choose from, and breakfast also had something for everyone. (The only slight downside was the coffee, which could be improved.) The pool area was fantastic, and the spa facilities added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. All in all, a great experience — we would definitely come back!

Wonderful place and excellent staff
Last minute booking, and what a great choice. Family suite large, comfortable and well fitted to 2 adults, 1 baby and one ore-teen. Facilities welcoming, reception well staffed and always helpful. Breakfast choices fantastic and cake for brekkie is a must!! Poolside service available and accommodating. Staff always willing to help and offer extra which makes the stay all the more enticing. Good choice of food and some really lovely flavours... I'm a big fan of an amuse-bouche, and these were even enjoyed by my fussy eaters. Highly satisfied and would highly recommend paying the little bit extra for the added luxury
