Excellent hotel, very friendly staff - great bar. Rooms are smaller than most for a 5 star hotel but perfectly functional and well appointed. Very close to all the attractions in the old city. Reception is on the 7th level and then you walk to a separate set of lifts for you room . So rooms are quiet and we had one overlooking the old City, on reflection perhaps not worth the extra money, but we were very happy with our stay

Rooms very clean and well looked after. Disappointed in the pool area. No shade, few beds and the pool was bath warm Ordered room service one night. - excellent timing and food hot. Receptionist very helpful Would have been nice to have cold water available at reception as opposed to just coffee. Central location so easy accessible to the restaurants and sights. Had breakfast at the hotel one morning and discovered this was covered by a voucher which we didn’t know about. Probably our fault for not googling the offer but reception didn’t mention it - so bought breakfast out on 2 others mornings. Would have liked to understand what was available to see in the hotels theatres - again this should have been highlighted at reception

Lovely hotel - stayed for 3 great days. The location is the best part - came out and wandered right and was into the old town in minutes. Staff were friendly and helpful with restaurant booking which was good. Had a few drinks in restaurant on ground floor - nice enough. The disco club was cold and no atmosphere so brought our drinks up to reception level where there are seats looking out to great views of the city! Hotel should add a bar to this level where it is so much more relaxing than the disco bar.

A fabulous hotel. Comfortable beds. Great shower. Lovely Italian restaurant (Il Teatro), great food. Just at the entrance to the Old City. Polite, helpful staff. Beautiful surroundings. Special mention goes to the Concierge - Israel St. Jacques. He was patient, pleasant, and knows the city inside out. Since we have some dietary issues, he was particularly helpful with that. He made our reservations for us with specific notes to the restaurants, and we had a wonderful dinner every evening.

Not a bad Hotel but definitely not a 5 star. Being that I recently retired I’ve got in the habit of working out pretty much every day. The gym I work out in is all about cleanliness. So wiping down the equipment is very important to the gym and its membership. The first day I went to work out no wipes to clean the equipment. I did work out but wasn’t impressed. So I went to the front desk and told them they replied they would look after it and apologized. Next day same thing and again the same thing. They continued to apologize say they would look after it but never deliver. Maybe a small thing to them but very important to me. Remember Covid let’s try and respect cleanliness. It goes a long way. So much for willing to please your guests!
