An unforgettable experience! The Le Capitole Hotel (especially Louise, the Concierge) was totally amazing! Rooms, people, restaurant, spa pool, views, bar - all delightful! Louise had recommended Jacque, our private tour guide, which we used for both a tour of d'Orléans (and up-close tour of the falls) on one day and a private walking tour a second day. We couldn't have been happier and more involved in conversations with Jacque during our tours. His knowledge and people skills were incredible and made for such a great time! Great restaurants - I highly recommend the Le Capitole restaurant, the Le Buche (have to try it!) and Conti - fabulous atmosphere and food! We will be back next year - as we promised Louise!

I was on the Ninth Floor Pool--Balcony on two occasions during my stay. The pool is on that floor and you can sit in it while having the glass doors open, feeling the Canadian breeze. My first night I went to to the balcony on the Ninth Floor and there were no cushions on the seats. Simon saw me out there and immediately brought me a seat cushion and some water so special thank you for making my evening more comfortable. On a different evening I made it a plan to go back to the hotel when it was sunny all day. One hour prior to sundown, I just sat on the balcony and what a spectacular way to enjoy the sunset. It was so relaxing and romantic. Speaking of romantic, the hotel has a bar which does set the mood for some quality time with your special one. Overall great stay. Also, there was a couple who were not guests walking through the main lobby hotel floor and I overhead them say, this is the place to stay at next time. They put a smile on my face.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff - great bar. Rooms are smaller than most for a 5 star hotel but perfectly functional and well appointed. Very close to all the attractions in the old city. Reception is on the 7th level and then you walk to a separate set of lifts for you room . So rooms are quiet and we had one overlooking the old City, on reflection perhaps not worth the extra money, but we were very happy with our stay

Rooms very clean and well looked after. Disappointed in the pool area. No shade, few beds and the pool was bath warm Ordered room service one night. - excellent timing and food hot. Receptionist very helpful Would have been nice to have cold water available at reception as opposed to just coffee. Central location so easy accessible to the restaurants and sights. Had breakfast at the hotel one morning and discovered this was covered by a voucher which we didn’t know about. Probably our fault for not googling the offer but reception didn’t mention it - so bought breakfast out on 2 others mornings. Would have liked to understand what was available to see in the hotels theatres - again this should have been highlighted at reception

Lovely hotel - stayed for 3 great days. The location is the best part - came out and wandered right and was into the old town in minutes. Staff were friendly and helpful with restaurant booking which was good. Had a few drinks in restaurant on ground floor - nice enough. The disco club was cold and no atmosphere so brought our drinks up to reception level where there are seats looking out to great views of the city! Hotel should add a bar to this level where it is so much more relaxing than the disco bar.
