From the moment we arrived, this hotel completely exceeded our expectations. Everything feels thoughtfully designed, from the comfort of the rooms to the overall atmosphere. The dining experience was a real highlight…every meal was outstanding. What truly made the stay special, though, was the team. Shannon, Emilie, Florian, Nicola, and everyone else we interacted with were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Highly recommended!..

We had the best two night stay at this incredible hotel. It is one of the best hotels and experiences we have ever had. The staff, the rooms, the facilities, the dining was all exceptional. The refurbished hotel is an absolute gem and “must” stay spot in Queenstown. We will be back!

A fantastic experience, with great food showcasing lovely local Otago and New Zealand flavours throughout. The scenery was stunning, and the fitout was especially good, topped off with great service that was warm, attentive, and welcoming.

Great location with beautiful views from public spaces and some rooms. Unfortunately not ours. Staff were extremely helpful, rooms well appointed and beautiful . Our breakfast was lovely and a good menu range to choose from. Overall, I have mixed feelings about the property our room FACED THE CARPARK with no privacy. STAIRS EVERYWHERE and no alternatives. It really spoiled what has the potential to be an amazing hotel.

Liked · Beautiful location with stunning views. Amazing spa area and grounds. Friendly and helpful staff on arrival and departure. Disliked · The room and bathroom are extremely dated and dirty. I requested two single beds for myself and my friend which was fulfilled - the major issue with this was the dust and toenails behind these beds. The beds and bedside tables would have been pulled away from the wall to seperate them so how did disgusting old toe nails get missed? Very poor. Now to the bathroom - when we arrived there was a green tampon wrapper on the floor beside the toilet, leaving us wonder if it had even been cleaned. The shower had a couple of black hairs in the corner of the shower floor and the sink had a decent crack and damage to it, which is fine but definitely didn’t look “clean” and definitely not worth the nearly $200 a night price tag. Above the ranch slider on the framing where the curtain rail is there seemed to be old brown damp/rotting spots which is gross, definitely something you would see when in the room so I’m not sure why this has been fixed. The restaurant/bar wasn’t open on a Saturday afternoon/night either as advertised, considering there isn’t a lot of options close to the resort I feel this should be advertised.

What a magnificent place to stay! Not only beautiful inside in an exquisite setting, it had the most friendly & accommodating staff that just weren't happy unless we were. Thanks for going to all the effort to see that we had a great time in Queenstown.
