Avani Quy Nhon Resort & Spa

Good parts: 1. Very quiet and relax atmosphere. Suitable for a relaxing holiday. 2. The beach area in front of the resort is amazing. Super clear water. You can easily see fishes in the ocean. 3. Water refill station is amazing. 4. They even have a Nintendo Switch in kids' club, which was amazing for our family's fun time together. 5. A not too big but good breakfast buffet with Vietnamese and common international dishes. Some notes for small details that the team can do better. No critism at all. 1. The hotel info in my Deluxe Room was noted for Junior Suite. 2. There was no In-room Dining menu in my room. Not sure if the hotel intentionally do it or it should have been included. 3. Pool towels were not countinously checked for placing new ones after guests left. 4. The pen set up in my room did not work. 5. Should the hotel consider not replacing the toothbrushes everyday when cleaning the room to reduce waste?

Excellent restaurant and service! Loved our time at the Avani for 6 nights especially the breakfast and lunch at Tre. All staffs were very attentive to our needs also very kind and helpful, especially ms Giang at the breakfast buffet. Great food selections and attentive service, loved our meals here. My wife and I miss you guys already.

The Avani Quy Nhon was the perfect place for a nice break after my Reunification Express ride from Saigon and before my Vietage train journey to Danang: chill, lowkey and beautiful hotel with lovely views, great staff, and warm weather. All rooms have unobstructed views of the beach, which was quiet and peaceful. The hotel very kindly upgraded me to a fantastic suite which was clean with plenty of space and straight-on views of the water. The breakfast overlooking the water was delicious, with the housemade banh xeo with shrimp being particularly tasty! The gym was large with lots of equipment, and Spa facilities were quiet, serene, and clean. The Spa service staff was warm and gracious. My only regret was not staying longer to enjoy more of Quy Nhon, which remains a laid-back, hidden gem of a beach community. Thank you to the Front Office Manager Cuong and to the entire staff for your kind, warm and generous hospitality. I can’t wait to return!

Beautiful room, upgraded for us when we arrived. View stunning. Helpful, friendly staff. Good food. Cleanliness of room top notch, staff visit a second time in the day to turn back covers and leave a leaf wishing goodnight, nice touch!!! Plentiful high end shower products, amazing spa experience though not cheap. Nice that you can share facilities in sister hotel, 2x evening meals enjoyed there. Even had 2 staff catch a lizard for me in last night when found one in room. I would recommend a stay here.
