Brilliant night with food cooked by Ibrahim at Hathaa. Everything was perfect and personalised. Really amazing food. Perfect night with perfect food!

I was very satisfied with the room, though the new room I was moved to lacked slippers. Also, there were no bicycles available, so I had to rely on the butler for transport to distant locations, which felt like a bit of an imposition. Finally, although our return flight details were recorded at check-in, this information didn't seem to reach the butler; we ended up having to ask them to make arrangements quite late on the night before our departure. I suggest entering this data into the system and sending a confirmation message two days prior to departure to verify the scheduled return seaplane flight.

What a fantastic resort! We were so well taken care of throughout our stay and would love to have stayed longer (sadly we could not convince them too keep us!). Stayed in an ocean villa which was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. The staff were just phenomenal. Special mention to Iru and Jaube our butlers who were just brilliant with whatever we asked at whatever time of day. Food was gorgeous and free flowing Tattinger just really topped it off. We took a couple of excursions, snorkelled with Manta and turtles. What a holiday and what a resort!

Absolutely fantastic stay at Heritance Aarah. The welcome from all staff was wonderful and the island is beautiful. Very very high standards of service from all staff who were very attentive and went above and beyond. The rooms are beautiful and were kept very clean and restocked twice daily by the housekeeping team - in particular Navjot who did a wonderful job looking after my room. The food here is just incredible and for an all inclusive hotel, I would say it’s the best I’ve ever experienced. Champagne included was really special. Finally our curators Iru and Juabe were fantastic at ensuring we were well looked after for our entire stay - sending us our itinerary, booking restaurants, taking us around the resort and going above and beyond. Huge thank you to them both. You are a credit to the hotel. The dive centre were great and really looked after us and managed to help us swim with both Mantas and Turtles plus, took us on a private dolphin boat trip which was absolutely fantastic and a bucket list experience. Thank you to the dive team! The staff and service is fantastic here and if you love food, you will not regret booking this hotel. We will definitely return and recommend to friends and family. I have spent 4 nights at The Heritance Aarah in a overwater villa on an all inclusive basis. From the moment we arrived we couldn’t have been anymore welcome by the staff and the General Manager. Our butler Jaube was amazing, literally there every time we needed him or needed to know something. We ate in many of the restaurants and the food was an experience, not just a meal. It was beautifully presented, the staff were informative and very accommodating for anyone who had allergens, the different food groups and different likes and dislikes. I went snorkelling to see the dolphins which was fantastic, another boat trip to snorkel to find manta rays, an experience I’ll never forget and another trip snorkelling where we found the turtles. I also did a cookery class which was so much fun, really informative and very tasty! Our villa was spotless, very well equipped and the housekeeping team were very attentive. I decided to try fly boarding and the sports team were really patient and helpful and yes I got into the air!! The whole stay was perfect. I could go on and on but I will simply say that you will not be disappointed if you choose this as your holiday resort. It really is fabulous and a real credit to the team at Heritance.
