From the moment we stepped off the Seaplane greeted by the happiest of smiles and friendly Esam we immediately felt we had picked the right place! We were given a quick tour on the buggy by Esam who was so friendly and open that we immediately felt at ease with him laughing and joking. We booked a beach villa for 5 nights and then moved to an Ocean Suite for 5 nights. Both were fantastic and if budget is a factor then you won't be disappointed with the beach villa - we loved it. However the Ocean Suite on the water is truly a place to relax where you are at alone with the sea without the odd passer by. What makes this place stand out is the outstanding service we received. The whatsapp communication with Esam was 5 star, nothing was too much trouble for him and service was ALWAYS with a smile and he truly cares. The added touch of him passing by dinner every night to see us was a very warm touch and appreciated- we only wish he could have stayed longer for us to get to know him better! Other staff that stood out for us were Nilantha at Ambula Restaurant who was so knowledgable and passionate about the food he was serving that we thought he was a chef. He was so welcoming, accommodating and friendly. Manni who we met in Ginnifati was another gentle, warm and chatty member of staff who we also got to know and we looked forward to seeing. Esam, Nilantha and Manni are a credit to the resort and we hope that they are recognised for their outstanding service. The bar man in the Ocean Suites next to Bambi was also lovely and made me a perfect cocktail that isn't sweet! Onto the restaurants, our favourites were Ambula, Ginifati and Banni. We are are foodies and tried all their restaurants but in the end alternated between these three. The buffet was not for us. The downside is that two of these serve more or less the same menu every day and therefore you reduce your choice. The idea of a tasting course is lovely but I think the resort could do with at least two restaurants with à la carte choices on the quality level of Ambula so guests can choose starters, mains and desserts. We took the hotel up in the free fishing and dolphin trips which we enjoyed and the crew were again lovely. We also paid for a Mantra Ray trip- WOW! If you have not done this -DO IT! The snorkelling around the resort was great, sharks, sting rays, turtles blue fin trevally to name a few To sum up- i thought this was a place i'd only visit once but i really want to return. My husband who doesn't get emotional or exited about holidays has said twice since we got back that he will return and it is one of the best holidays he has had. Thank you to the wonderfully staff and in particular the exceptional Esam, Nilantha and Manni ❤️

Nice property & Excellent Service

Fabulous place. Amazing restaurants and our contact Alessandra was fantastic. She was always there when we needed her but not intrusive.

What a beautiful place. Put it on your bucket list. The waterview room was gorgeous....over the top !! The staff here are amazing. Great service (thank you Nakita) and fantastic food. We would definitely come back.

It’s everything you would expect, and more! Gorgeous resort, impeccable, service, a friendliest, warmest staff, and all your needs that. We had a wonderful time and can’t recommend this place enough!
