The location was absolutely superb, and the 45-minute seaplane flight added to the magic of the experience, offering breathtaking views of the islands and atolls along the way. Upon arrival at the island resort, we were warmly greeted by the team and our private butler, with a traditional dance and welcome ceremony that immediately set the tone for our stay. Kunal, our butler, was exceptional from the very first moment — professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. He gave us a full tour of the resort, explained all the available options, and even set up a group chat so we could reach him at any time. His attention to detail and thoughtful service truly elevated our stay. The overwater bungalow was amazing — spacious, beautifully designed, and opening directly onto the turquoise lagoon. Every detail was considered, with top-of-the-range amenities and a minibar replenished daily with wine, beer, spirits, and soft drinks. The room was serviced twice a day and was extremely comfortable, offering stunning ocean views and a glass floor where we could watch marine life, including reef sharks, rays, and schools of colourful fish, passing below. The bungalows were perfectly spaced to provide a sense of peace and privacy, with only the sound of the gentle waves as you drifted off to sleep. Each morning, we woke to the sun glistening across the crystal-clear water — an unforgettable way to start the day. The island’s facilities were first-class, with plenty of activities for guests to enjoy — from sailing and scuba diving to tennis and billiards, just to name a few. The restaurants were diverse and offered exceptional dining experiences. Each venue provided a unique culinary journey, with chefs and staff taking time to explain the ingredients, origins, and cooking methods of each dish. The team were also happy to pair food choices with wines, adding to the overall experience. Overall, our stay was simply exceptional, made even more special by Kunal, whose warm, friendly, and fun approach made every moment memorable. It’s no surprise he is so highly regarded, with many returning guests specifically requesting him — a true credit to the resort. For both value and experience, Heritance offers excellence in every way. We highly recommend a visit, and now that we’ve had a taste of paradise, we’ll be counting the days until we can return to this beautiful island and the wonderful team who make it so special.

Our honeymoon at Heritance Aarah was absolutely unforgettable! Despite being delayed in getting to the resort due to poor weather, the moment we arrived everything exceeded our expectations. We were warmly welcomed by the amazing Ilmira, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. She handled all of our reservations—whether for dining or activities—and always shared the best recommendations and helpful information. Her attentiveness and genuine care made such a difference and ensured we had the most relaxing, memorable experience possible. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful crystal clear ocean, white beaches, fantastic food, amazing selection of drinks, and friendly staff throughout. Every detail felt carefully thought out to make our honeymoon special. We stayed in an overwater villa and had regular visits from the turtle, sharks, rays and lots of other fish. Thank you, Heritance Aarah especially Ilmira, for giving us the most incredible week—we can’t wait to come back someday!
