The location of the island was 45 mins from Male and you must pay for a Seaplane, but it was a beautiful Island and close to Hanifaru Bay. The atmosphere was peaceful, a small island that you can bike, but big enough to find tranquility. They have separate areas for kids and adults. The rooms were amazing and have housekeeping twice a day. The value was great, money well spent. The noiselevel was perfect and not loud. You could always find places if you need peace and quiet. They food was great for resorts and had 4 different restaurants to choose from. They have excursions to see Manta Rays (Hanifaru Bay), nurse sharks, turtles, dolphins, and scuba diving. The service was spectacular. We had a 24-hour curator that fulfilled all of our needs and any request at all times. In the end this was probably the best resort I've ever been to and it exceeded my expectations.

Best experience ever. Came with the whole family. We wont forget this trip, the management, the people and specially Sherif - our curator… made this experience even more enjoyable. Sherif really took care of us and all our needs. Hope to come back again soon!!!

Even though it was a 45 mins sea plane ride from Velana International Airport to reach this resort, it was worth the wait. From the warm welcome and friendly demeanor of the staff through our stay made us feel it was another home away from home. The 2 bedroom family over-the-water residence we stayed at, had all the amenities a family of four could possibly want while on a tropical vacation, including an infinity pool right infront of living area. It was truly a worthy experience we could get behind to look forward to in our future kid-friendly vacation plans.

Incredible place. We’ve been to five hotels in Maldives prior to Intercontinental and this is one of our favourites. Food is great, water villas are comfy, the island is large enough to spend time in for a week, but what really stands out is service. It’s next level great, everyone did their best to make our stay unforgettable. Particular thanks to our great coordinator Iyaaz, who tended to our every need and was fun to talk to. Thanks to waiters Sweety and Vipan, whose friendly demeanour made our lunches and dinners more enjoyable. And particular thanks to Franco from the water sports center, with whom we learned a lot about Maldives’ marine life while snorkelling and diving with sharks and mantas. Marine life in this atoll is one of the most abundant. As a final note, we came during the rain season, it rained almost every day for at least a little bit. Mostly for an hour or two a day intermittently. However, it made the vacation even better. You can stay outside during midday and not get too hot. It doesn’t interfere with island and water activities much and dries quickly. Overall, a fantastic experience.
