Everyone we encountered — from the airport lounge staff to the entire resort team — was incredibly professional and friendly, making us feel truly at home throughout our stay. Most importantly, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to our butler, Silvi. She was exceptionally warm, attentive, and dedicated in assisting us with all our needs during our time at the resort. My daughter and I are especially thankful for your thoughtful arrangement that allowed us the pleasure of meeting her in the Maldives — a truly memorable part of our journey. We are also truly grateful to Mr. Ali Zain, Director of Rooms, for his willingness to listen to our feelings. Thank you even more for taking the time to consider possible solutions for us. We came here to celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary and the staff here have gone above and beyond to make sure our time was extra special. All the staff and our wonderful curator, Nishaz, have been absolutely amazing. We would love to take them all home with us. The food is delicious, the wonderful flavours in each and every dish from breakfast, lunchtime, afternoon tea and evening meals have been brought together and presented beautifully. The sand and sea are kept pristine and with only a few visitors at a time on the island it’s easy to feel you have this magical place all to yourself. The house reef is breathtaking with a wonderful array of fish. We were even very fortunate to have an eagle ray and a white tipped reef shark swimming with us. But the wonderful animals on land are not to be missed either. We stayed in a sunset overwater pool villa, just wow! It had every single amenity we needed and was kept amazingly clean. The view was breathtaking from the bed, bath and pool. The memories we have from being here will last a lifetime, this is due to the hard work by the staff that work so very hard to make this place paradise. We will miss their friendly good mornings and the laughter we’ve shared. Each of you are a slice of our paradise. Thank you xx
