Our stay is amazing…! We enjoyed to much with Intercontinental’s all staff . We say to thank you so much to make for us memorable and fabulous. Vanshita and ashik everyday making for us comfort without asking everything was comfortable for us we need something extra ..etc thank u so much to taking care of our we will come and we will meet u again

We had a great time in the hotel. This is our first time and we really enjoyed. Our kids are so obsessed with kids club. Everyday they wanted to go there. Kids club staff also very friendly and attentive. They have nice activities art and crafts not only for kids adults can join too. Special thanks to kids club ladies Melanie Nishadi Bellah shanika for their service. Also we enjoyed the pool and beach. Pool is really relaxing and not crowded. We enjoyed Aquarabics in the main pool. Our kids also enjoyed kids game in the pool. Food also very delicious. We found variety of food. Finally I wanted to thank housekeeping also for cleaning and helping us to make our rooms nice. Our first time in the hotel is a memorable experience for us. We are looking forward to visiting the hotel again on our next vacation. I'll definitely tell my friends also to visit.

This place is absolutely awful. The beach is ugly and depressing, the sea is filthy and full of suspicious chemical bubbles. There are construction sites everywhere, loud and unbearable music is blasting nonstop, and the air reeks of fuel. To be fair, the staff, the facilities, and the food are all fine — but the location of the hotel is just terrible. Honestly, it's the worst and most disappointing place I have ever stayed.

Ist visit to this hotel, and outstanding service and luxury in a paradise setting. On arrival met by Sheila who explained all the hotel facilities. Upgraded to a beautiful suite overlooking the sea. The club lounge is exceptional service with its own swimming pool for adults only, which gives a lovely peaceful atmosphere. The gardens are outstanding and beautifully kept. All the staff are friendly, helpful and friendly, but special mentions to Sugar who worked so hard keeping the lounge and grounds so clean and beautiful. Insane in the club lounge who ensured we had drinks during the day around the pool, and Vinita in the Levant restaurant who provides outstanding service. The only downside is leaving the hotel at the end of the holiday
