During our recent stay at the InterContinental RAK, we had high expectations for the dining experience at Saffar. Unfortunately, one meal didn’t quite meet the mark, but what happened next truly defined our visit. Avi, the restaurant manager, approached the situation with such warmth and professionalism that we quickly forgot the initial disappointment. He took the time to listen, made us feel genuinely cared for, and turned the moment into something special. His thoughtful gestures and attention to detail reminded us why hospitality matters. Thanks to Avi, our experience at Saffar became one of the highlights of our trip. We left feeling valued and uplifted, something we’ll remember long after the stay. Highly recommend the resort, not just for the food, but for the people who make it unforgettable. Special thanks to Avi!

Stayed here for a short getaway, coupled with business meetings. Had an overall comfortable experience. The hotel is located in the new tourism township of Ras Al Khaimah, with many projects sprucing up around the resort. Because of the ongoing construction, the beach quality was just average and it’s clear the area is evolving quickly. The resort itself is huge — you can use a buggy to get around, which adds a fun touch. The pathways in the resort looks narrow but the buggy can easily zoom thru them! Despite the size of the property, the food quality was pretty good, with plenty of variety and well-prepared dishes. To sum it up, a pleasant stay if you don't mind the buzzing construction happening around it.

had an amazing stay here with family. The hotel and facilities were incredible. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay great. Want to say a special mention to Moses in the restaurant who was so kind and worked so hard. And the pool staff were great at making sure we had great beds as we had infants and children. We can’t wait to come back!
