We came here for 1 night only but we had the best staycation in a very long time. we were impressed how staff was super kind and friendly, they paid attention to details and did their best to accommodate all our requests. We recently spent the weekend at the resort with family and friends and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. A special mention to Raj, who personally welcomed us during check-in and ensured everything was taken care of. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The resort offers a great balance of relaxation and activities for both adults and children. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality displayed by the entire team throughout our stay. Whether it was the service, the ambience, or the attention to detail, everything contributed to a memorable weekend. It was the perfect opportunity to unwind and spend quality time with family and friends. A big thank you to Raj and Shein and the entire team for making our stay so special. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Ten, who checked me in, was excellent. The breakfast team, led by Milan, along with Mycah, Nia, Renu, Eidray, Akendra, Sami, Dianne, and Limbu, were all amazing. The beach and pool lifeguards and staff also deserve recognition. Even under the heat of the sun, they could still be seen wearing smiles and providing excellent service. Lastly, the housekeeping team did a great job keeping the room spotless and fully stocked with amenities. Special shoutout to Haseef and Ali, the supervisors, for their excellent work. My only small comment is regarding the balcony door, which was difficult to open and close. I’m not sure if this is normal for all rooms. Overall, it was a great hotel with excellent service and is definitely worth the drive from Dubai.

What a wonderful resort and an outstanding experience from start to finish! The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The resort was impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located. The restaurants offered excellent food and variety, while the kids' club was a huge hit with our children and kept them happily entertained. We would highly recommend this resort to any family travelling with kids. It truly offers the perfect combination of comfort, relaxation, and family-friendly activities.
