The experience was flawless as always. Honestly, the only downside was having to leave early for work and not getting to fully enjoy the hotel. We stayed during some unstable weather, and the team handled it incredibly well. You could really feel that guest safety and comfort came first. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and that we felt completely at ease. The hotel itself is beautiful, from the rooms to the overall atmosphere. Everything is consistently well maintained and welcoming. A special mention to Juni and Geraldine, who made this stay truly exceptional. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made a real difference. Looking forward to coming back, hopefully with more time next time.

Our first stay and it was really amazing from rooms beach and restaurant .This hotel has an excellent facilities gym are extra with sauna and jacuzzi separate male and female.The best spot in this hotel was the kids club.ladies are Doing their best to keep kids busy even on a huge numbers of guests.Melanie nishadi and Bellah you ladies are amazing.thank you for your great efforts to make our kids happy.this place is really worth to recommend

The worst experience I have ever had

What was already a difficult and uncertain situation for many of us was made far easier by the kindness, professionalism and reassurance provided by your staff. Every member of the team we encountered was supportive, friendly and attentive, which made a significant difference during such a challenging time. Despite the uncertainty of the situation, your staff continued to do everything possible to make guests feel safe, comfortable and well cared for. Their calm approach, dedication and willingness to help at every opportunity did not go unnoticed and was deeply appreciated. Your team are a true credit to the hotel and to the hospitality profession. Their professionalism and commitment while working under such difficult circumstances deserves special recognition and praise.
