Very friendly staff very polite and very patient and respectful and very warm receival attitude . Specially .r Dvaid who is working in the restaurant. He is Indonesian and vsry clever and adept in his job. All staff were excellent and caring. Thanks to all🙏🏻🌹

Perfect hotel with great kitchen and service
The room service here is amazing. We were lucky to get the room upgrade. The kitchen here is amazing The room service staff Tulsi and Buddhi were making our room clean every day! Hafeez housekeeping supervisor has made everything to make us comfortable stay. Thank yiu very much

Peaceful Escape from Dubai
Stayed at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah for a quick getaway from the hustle of Dubai — and it was perfect. The resort is calm, beautifully located by the beach, with spacious rooms and great service. Loved the relaxing vibe, pool, and dining options. A much-needed recharge, will definitely come back!

2nd time visit
2nd time here and just as good as first time. Resort is delightful and all staff are a credit to IHG. Nice new addition of beach bar this year which was being built when we visited last year

A wonderful stay
I’m very late to writing this review but our week long stay at the hotel was wonderful. We couldn’t fault it at all. It was beautiful with fantastic amenities, everything you could want or need. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were absolutely amazing. I promised I’d mention the team in this message as there were faultless. Just so welcoming and attentive the whole time, even planning a birthday surprise at breakfast! Cake, sparklers the lot! Simran, Sanam, Moses, Su Chandi, Rechelle, Juni, Shibin, Syam and Sakshi were just the loveliest and a credit to the hotel. We can’t recommend it more and would definitely come back! Thanks you for a lovely stay.
