There are some brunch possibilities in Ras al Khaimah on a Saturday but never try the brunch at the intercontinental at min Al Arab . Why ? It’s a good location but the service was very poor. The manager also seemed overwhelmed. When criticized, the response was, "We can't satisfy our customers 100%, but we try our best." The buffet was limited and the price-performance ratio was unacceptable. Incomprehensible for a hotel like the Intercontinental. In conclusion, I would like to say that other tables shared my opinion

Overall we really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The only downside was that bars close really early (even if you want coffee at 10-11 PM it almost always wasn’t possible). Other than that everything was great. Special thanks to the staff at The Safar restaurant, service was really welcoming and efficient (and the food was great!). Our stay at the hotel was relaxing and peaceful. We had a good time, thank you!

After a difficult year a much needed relaxing holiday at Intercontinental was greatly welcomed. I was treated to a 30 min Neck & Back Massage and I must say it was absolute bliss!! Most massages are just hands being rubbed over you for the duration but this wonderful therapist clearly had knowledge, experience and showed passion to her professional field. The massage had purpose and meaning and targeted all my problem areas aswell as ultimate relaxation. I loved it so much I am looking to book and go back tomorrow for another treatment. Don’t miss the opportunity to experience the spa whilst visiting the Intercontinental. I can’t recommend it enough, thank you so much!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🫶🏻

We are used to class and elegance in the Emirates, good food, good service. In this hotel the service is very bad and the quality of the food very bad, the selection of drinks is horrible and the comforts of a luxury hotel are not here. The deteriorated pool as well as the sunbeds and umbrellas, a single service in the entire pool, cleaning is missing. The quality price is not compatible It's very painful but I don't recommend it at all.
