Outstanding customer service
This was a wonderful hotel, quaint, comfortable , excellent customer service, friendly staff. Gregory at the front desk went out of his way to help me with business printing and help. So much appreciated. Thank you, Gregory. We'll definitely be back!

The Portofino is not worth your money
This hotel will fleece you at every opportunity. There is inadequate staffing, the pool and gym - I've seen better at Motel 6. The internet does not work properly. The in room coffee is terrible. The bikes are self serve as is a lobby bar. For this price point, I do not recommend the Portofino.

Great Family Staycation
We had an amazing time staying at the Portofino. It was a great location with gorgeous views of the harbor and ocean. We loved the Baleen restaurant for dinner and breakfast. One note, if you stay on the ocean side, be prepared to listen to the barking seals throughout your stay.

Portofino Hotel, Redondo Beach
Had the pleasure of staying at the Portofino Hotel in Redondo beach for the last 3 days. What a woderful time we had. It was so relaxing. We were fortunate to have a one bedroom suite. Room was clean, and beautiful. Loved the amazing ocean views and the barking of the sea lions. It was a staycation for us, as we live nearby. Staff was friendly and extremely attentive. Great food, great atmosphere, easy beach access, nice pool. Great restaurants nearby. They are pet friendly Felt relaxed and refreshed upon my return home. Will definitely go back!
