perfect spot
Good location and a nice place to stay. The Baleen kitchen was excellent. We decided to eat dinner there so we would not have to drive. Food and service were great. Had avocado toast for breakfast. Best we have ever had.

Hotel staff review
While the Portofino Inn is not the newest or most recently renovated hotel I've ever stayed in, I have to say the staff (especially Craig) is OUTSTANDING! Everyone is very helpful and sincerely interested in helping their guests out in any way they can.

Beautiful property and usually very clean. The Ocean facing Suites are designed for maximum views of the water. Even while enjoying the Jacuzzi, you can still see outside. Nice welcoming Kingsize bed most expected amenities. The fact we were assaulted by I sects notwithstanding, the rooms and surrounding areas are generally very clean and quiet. This was like my 3rd or 4th time staying here I have recommended the Portifino Hotel in the past. I cannot in good conscience recommend now without a disclaimer: Bring Bug Spray 😫

Great hotel!
Very clean, great location, will be back! Ocean view room was the best. Staff was great, very friendly and helpful.

Terrible
Cleanliness was subpar. A/C doesn’t work. Room was overpriced for mediocre quality. Loud music all night doesn’t allow for sleep. Infrastructure is from 1984. You could not pay me to stay here.
