We stayed at Rodos Park from 19th April to 26th 2026. From arrival to leaving we had a wonderful time. The staff were excellent, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble; in particular, in the restaurant at dinner and breakfast, at reception and the cleaning team. Everything was of a high quality,

Booked this for location not realizing there is a vast difference in rooms. Some are updated but the renovated design leaves much to be desired. On arrival placed in a hot humid damp odorous room. Request to be moved … offered a smaller dark noisy room. When both were questioned a tirade of invective including the offer of giving back money and moving somewhere else. This at 9pm. Then later aggressive phone calls. This morning I have pointed this out to the hotel. Stupidly agreed to move to a room over the busy road. Equally old and tired. Room obviously not prepared issues with supplies, Tv insect in bathroom dead fortunately. Sick of complaining and trying to not let it ruin a trip. Have asked for a paid upgrade but refused even though room available on booking.com. Can’t wait to leave!

We stayed at the Rodos Park for 5 nights in early April and had a wonderful time. We checked in the day after the hotel opened for the season, but the staff was already in full stride. The hotel is located just outside the old Town walls, and close to the major shopping areas of Rhodes Town. The location was actually great for us as we had a car and there is ample street parking in front of the hotel – when it was crowded, the valet took our keys and parked for us. For a boutique, the hotel is actually quite large with a big outdoor pool, full gym, and spa. It’s a 5-10 minute walk into the walled old city and a 10-12 minute walk to the newer shopping area of town. There are a ton of excellent restaurants everywhere. Also, it’s easy to navigate to other parts of the island and we used the Rodos Park as our home base on trips to Lindos, Kallithea, Faliraki, etc. The hotel itself is more traditionally decorated (elegant retro). There are a number of different room types and we opted / upgraded for the modern / renovated rooms. These were perfect for us – sleek rain showers in the bathroom, modern beds / seating, great working desk, coffee / tea, and fridge in the room. I thought the pictures were very accurate of the rooms. We didn’t opt for the full room / board but did enjoy breakfast each morning – large buffet spread and then made to order eggs, pancakes, etc. It was all very fresh, local and high quality. I would note the fresh squeezed juices were just incredible. The gym was very decently sized and had both cardio and weight training equipment. It was clean and well maintained. Additionally, the pool area is quite large, with a good number of loungers nearby – unfortunately, it rained our entire time in Rhodes so we really didn’t use it much. We were able to get a few treatments at the spa and those were incredible – technicians were well trained and very good. What really set the hotel apart was just it’s incredibly friendly and efficient service. The front desk always offered recommendations on places to go, where to eat, and what to see. We went at the beginning of the season and they always reached out to places to confirm they were open or to help make a reservation. All in all, the Rodos was exactly what we were looking for – a great, comfortable home base from which to see the island.

Staff is so kind - Hotel very clean - better to be outside of old town as old town rather tacky - Retro style decoration in hotel - Massage treatments were good - Older crowd - did not seem a place for little kids - Not a traditional 5* by today's standards by any means, as decor is quite dated - but the service reflects 'old school charm' - Breakfast is OK but not great -

My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights and had a wonderful time. This hotel is perfectly located to the Old and New Town just 10 mins walk away. The staff (especially reception and guest services) were really helpful and friendly. We opted for B&B and couldn’t fault the food, setting and service. Lots on choice and the option to sit indoors in the air con or outside by the pool. We enjoyed some evening drinks at the rooftop bar and spent a couple of afternoons by the pool. The service by the pool is great and they operate a really strict bed reservation policy which meant you could always get a lounger no matter what time of day as no one was allowed to reserve a bed then disappear for the day! The food and drinks at the pool were great - I had the chicken gyros one lunch which was delicious and great portion size. We enjoyed spending our evenings on our balcony overlooking some ruins (& also all the local cats were great to watch) - very chilled. We would definitely return to this hotel as it offers everything we want and is in a perfect location without feeling too caught up in the hustle and bustle.
