Not worth the price!
Rented two bikes from the Fairmont! Both bikes left me stranded. The Hotel still tried to charge me. Much like the hotel, the bikes are old and worn out. The location is great, the food is average but the staff was excellent!

Wonderful stay at Fairmont Coka Kabana
Great facility and great breakfast and Edna’s service was impeccable. Period. She is wonderful and takes great care of you and very hospitable. Rooms were great and overall the facility and the dining experience was wonderful. Service at the bar was wonderful as well.

Fairmont at its best
Stayed at the Fairmont the week before the BRICS meeting in Rio and security was really tight inside and outside of the hotel. However the staff made our stay effortless. Dhom and Edna, thanks again. And the breakfast crew is just amazing. Looking forward to our next stay.
