Truly luxury experience
I had a wonderful stay at Fairmont Rio de Janeiro Copacabana. The hotel itself is beautiful, with an amazing location and excellent facilities, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. I would especially like to thank Marcio and Aurelio for their kindness and genuine hospitality. They were always helpful and made me feel truly welcome. A great hotel is not defined only by its amenities or design, but by its people—and this is a perfect example of that. Their service made my stay feel more personal, comfortable, and truly luxurious. I highly recommend it.

Excellent location
We had a great 2 night stay in a Gold Suite. The hotel is perfectly located at one end of Copacabana beach, with Ipanema beach a few minutes walk away. Our room was spacious with a great view along Copacabana beach. The Gold Lounge was good, it is on the 4th floor and there is some outdoor seating. Gold Lounge guests have a plentiful breakfast in the lounge, it is then open until 6 to sit in and you can order tea and coffee. From 6 - 8 there is a good selection of food and drinks. Our only criticism of the hotel is that our balcony with views of Copacabana beach , faced directly towards rooms on the opposite site of the hotel. There was refurbishment work taking place on this side of the hotel which was a bit noisy during the day.

The restaurant was delicious! Our server Davidson was a gem! So attentive and made our experience wonderful. He help definitely make this our best meal in Rio! Giovanna the hostess was so helpful as well.

Murillo is the best
Murillo at Fairmont Rio de Janeiro Copacabana was great!! So attentive, nice and a pleasure to be around. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable. As he would say to us every morning "Tell me what you need, I will get it for you. I am working, you are on vacation. Enjoy"
