Hilton Rio de Janeiro Copacabana

They were very accommodating about check in and check out times. Location is very nice. Breakfast room is chaotic and the price is too expensive. In my room I heard the elevator all the time. The hotel is kept very cold. Luckily you can turn off the a/c in the room. Bathroom has poor lighting.

I stayed in an ocean front view room with very beautiful views on Copacabana beach. My room was rather aged and it should undergo renovations. But it was well kept and perfectly clean. Moreover, all the hotel staff I met were really great. I particularly remember Thais, she was really outstanding. But also Beatriz, Eduardo Frank, Fabiana and the other executive lounge staff (I am sorry to not remember all their names) did a really great job. I will gladly return.

At the moment of check in until check ou, my experience with this beautiful hotel and incredible location was absolutely outstanding. At check in all the front counter agents were knowledgeable and helpful…. At breakfast all the staff were amazing, always willing to assist accommodating all our needs. Anderson , Marcos , Danie e Thiago from the 4th floor breakfast restaurant were 5 stars service, making sure all the details were met. I would highly recommend this incredible hotel as a 5 star accommodation. I would definitely return many times more. 😊

I love a good Hilton hotel and this one is on the top of my list! The location is perfect in Copacabana. Is walking distance to many restaurants and the beach is right across the street. The hotel offers a spot for its guest where they offer chairs, umbrellas and towels at no additional cost.. just sign your name and rm number! The rooftop was my favorite part, I went every night to unwind and look at the beautiful views. The food was delicious, the service was superb and the drinks were fantastic. Room was very comfortable and gorgeous views of Rio! PS when leaving the hotel and are taking a cab/transportation do plan ahead due to its prime location the traffic can get pretty crazy

Not a 5 star hotel. The only positive thing is the location, but the hotel outback, regency i believe is much more modern. The bathrooms need renovations ASAP, my mom’s bathroom had mold in the showers. None of the waiters speak languages other than Portuguese so they often take wrong orders or can’t tell you what the dishes are about. Housekeeping is clumsy, forgetting to refill the shampoo if it’s finished, not replacing used glasses and not leaving a mat for the bathroom. The AC doesn’t work, the room is either freezing or hot, if you ask for assistant they will send up a maintenance guy, he will pretend to fix it but it will stay the same. The breakfast buffet is packed and not really good quality, the place is crowded and noisy.
