Just left the Miramar Hotel and cannot find fault with anything..everyone from the bellmen to the front desk to the cleaning staff were friendly and wanting to assist all of our needs..loved the bed pillows and the shower was hot and and had a very strong flow. There has been plenty said about the pool in previous reviews, but wow, in person, it's breathtaking, but I must give a shout out to George and Anderson at the front desk, especially Anderson who helped us with a flight issue and made sure we were able to stay in the same room which was a great convenience.

One of the greatest service that I have ever experienced! We stayed for two nights in this lovely hotel with ocean views from our room. The hotel feels luxurious and appropriate for a stay that matches with Rio's unique vibes. The best part of our stay was the incredible service that was provided, specially from our front desk attendant Daniela! Thanks Dani for providing us an outstanding service within hospitality!!!! We really had an amazing time! Would definitely recommend, and we will be staying there again soon!

We stayed at Miramar by Windsor for a few days before we cruised. The staff and service were exceptional! The bellman came out to our cab when we arrived to welcome us and bring our bags in. They offered a drink after we checked in and tried to assist us in any way possible. The room was large and comfortable. The hotel was across from Copacabana Beach where we walked after dinner. Some of the restaurants on the beach had live music. We felt safe and had no issues. Our viator tour picked us up and dropped us off right at the hotel. We enjoyed Rio!

Fabulous hotel. Staff friendliest and most professional I’ve come across in years. Nothing too much trouble and you felt they all enjoyed helping guests and liked working there. Room large and comfortable. Location brilliant opposite beach but you do have to cross a very busy road. Breakfast was amazing and SO much choice. Great restaurant recommendations and they give vouchers for free local cocktails. All in all far exceeded our expectations.

Great room, amazing view from the top floor over Copacabana beach. Staff were friendly and the hotel was all very clean and professional. The location is right opposite the beach and an easy walk to restaurants and over to Ipanema too. Would recommend for a few days for sure.
