No communication from Miramar by Winsor
I arrive on Monday late evening. I booked through Agoda. I have written to the hotel 4 times over the last week to confirm they have my booking. They haven't responded to any emails. This has made me feel very anxious and stressed.

A pleasant stay!
The hotel is well-located, on Copacabana and close to Ipanema Beach. After some persuasion, we were given a room that met our needs. Excellent service and a delicious breakfast!

Amazing place !
Localisation is perfect to visit Rio. An amazing place to see copacabana beach Closed to I Panama beach too Swimming pool is not big but offers a wonderful view Breakfast is TOP

Copacobana girls trip
Location was perfect for us. The hotel is opposite post number 5, right on the beach so handy for relaxing or swimming as well as walking to Ipanema, the Fort and local restaurants. The staff at the hotel spoke English and were all very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean with towels changed every day. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows. We were on the 13th floor and the lifts were very efficient. The rooftop bar and pool was nice with great views of Rio. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of hot and cold food catering to every taste. The only problem we had was that the lighting in the room was poor. However, this didn't take away from what was a fantastic holiday.

Friendly staff great hotel and breakfast
We loved our stay here, the staff were lovely and the breakfast was varied and delicious, we had to leave early am and they opened the breakfast early for us, fantastic service. Room was lovely and spacious with a great view. AC wasn’t great and was very noisy but that was the only thing we didn’t like. Overall brilliant stay would highly recommend.
