Our stay at the Yoo2 Hilton has been wonderful. The staff has been nothing but accommodating . Luana at the front desk and Vanessa in the restaurant have been outstanding. Really everyone has been fantasic.

Amazing Stay at Yoo2 Rio de Janeiro🤩
My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at YOO2 Rio de Janeiro. Vanessa at the restaurant was absolutely amazing. Her service was excellent, and she was so warm, attentive, and welcoming every time we saw her. She truly made us feel special and well taken care of. I also want to recognize Bruno at the front desk. I accidentally booked a wheelchair-accessible room, and Bruno was incredibly helpful in getting our room changed. He handled everything so quickly and efficiently and made the process completely stress-free. Bruno also helped us recover a lost item, which we really appreciated. Thank you to Vanessa, Bruno, Riene (Ryan) and the entire YOO2 team for making our stay such a great experience. We truly enjoyed our time in Rio and would definitely consider staying here again!

He handled everything with such professionalism and made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless.
