Amazing Views and Breakfast, Rooms Could Improve

I stayed here for 3 nights with my family. I wouldn’t consider this hotel a true 5-star property. The standard room we were first given had many stains and a moldy smell in the bathroom. The floor was dirty and had visible stains. I spoke with the concierge, and they changed our room immediately. The new room was much better. The breakfast had a high-quality selection, and the rooftop was amazing, with a nice bar. They even had live music and a DJ during the weekend. The location was fantastic, offering a main view of Sugarloaf and the beach, and it was very close to Flamengo Beach. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great location and staff but tiny rooms

Went with my teenage daughter. Incredible hotel staff - friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good but not excellent - not as much variety as I was hoping for though the quality was good. Very central location made it reasonable to Uber easily to everywhere we wanted to go. Biggest drawback is the rooms - they are tiny! Couldn't even fully open the closet door in our 2 twin room. Room was quiet, thought the beds did not over the usual Hilton-level of comfort. Would consider staying here again, but I would explore other options as well.

Wonderful stay in a great location in Rio. Cool, modern decor and esthetics- good vibes. Rooftop bar has a panoramic view of the city including Sugar Loaf mountain and Christ the Redeemer. Nice for sundowners. Have had two meals so far and they've both been delicious. Thank you to Junior, who does a great job at the rooftop restaurant.
