The experience in Prime 787 were excellent. Angelo was very attentive and kind. The food, excellent. We like very much, the food and the ambiance.

Some good, some great, some could be better but all in paradise
A beautiful, sprawling complex. You don't feel crowded by people. With three pools and plenty of beach space there's room to feel private. Our room was comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was a bit pushy when we tried to use do not disturb (they have an "occupied" sign. The bar beyond the "lobby" turns the music up too loud but outside of that area the sounds of fountains, the beach, and delightful frogs abound! While secluded there are many dining options on site. There is a trolley to help you get around but, be ready for a wait. We waited 10-15 minutes more than once and there was no where to sit while waiting. Overall I would recommend a stay here and would happily come back.

The staff was the best! Always eager to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Jailenne Mendez was an angel. We had a birthday party for our 1 year old niece and J. made it special. Great resort. I would come again!

Anthony was amazing at the sushi bar, the service was great and food was so good as well. Will definitely be back here!!!!
