Amazing Experience from Start to Finish! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We celebrated my husband’s birthday at this teppanyaki restaurant, and it was absolutely wonderful. Chef Georgie put on an incredible show—fun, energetic, and full of skill! Anthony's service was outstanding; everyone was so attentive and made us feel right at home. Everything was on point. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I came with my whole family (4 kids, wife and myself) . Great tepenyaki experience! Chef Georgie and Anthony took care of us with class. I had also a free cake for my birthday!

Top breakfast buffet experience!
This breakfast buffet is one of the highlights of my trip, it surprised and delighted me with the healthy options available and all the flavors including authentic Puerto Rican dishes. Kudos to the chefs, the tofu scramble with mushrooms and sautéd spinach was amazing, as were the veggies (sautéd carrots and asparagus) and the bean stew. Fruit was unique and local and fresh. The preparation and flavor of everything was fantastic. Apart from the food, the staff was top notch excellent with genuine friendliness with a relaxed vibe and not just the ones assigned to our table. Everyone I passed was friendly. It seemed like exceptional leadership and staff culture. Krystel E. took time to show me how to open and eat a tamarind fruit. It was a fun (totally surprising moment) and more fun to share with someone. I appreciate her interaction and spirit. She made the breakfast really special. Eneida was a lovely server. And I loved Luis C’s excitement when I sought him out to let him know their staff had done such an impressive job. This breakfast was a delight!

First time in Puerto Rico and first stay at the Hyatt Grand Reserve! Our experience so far has far exceeded our expectations! The views and property grounds are stunning and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly!!! The young lady at the reception desk this morning was a perfect example of what top notch customer service looks like! Thank you Davianette!!!
