Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico

The atmosphere was amazing. They had golf carts to transport you to the pool areas and the beach areas cause there’s many different amenities that you can use. Magdiel Rivera is the one employee that went above and beyond to help us and golf cart me to the room . The place maintains the Clean atmosphere friendly staff. rooms, always kept neat . Would highly recommend and staying here definitely for future endeavors.

Lovely resort in a secluded area! We booked 4 nights and were worried we would be bored since the hotel is in such a remote part of the island. Instead, we were able to rest, relax and decompress, even with small children in tow. I were upgraded at check in to a better location, closer to the pool, beach and restaurants etc.. Even though it was garden facing, it felt magical. The rooms are gorgeous, beds are comfortable, everything was clean, pools were clean, fun and we loved the layouts. We didn’t spend much time at the beach, the sand is a bit rough but that’s ok. We enjoyed room service, pool food service, breakfast buffet (bring an appetite!), and soup/sandwiches at the 24 hour store/deli (try the Cuban!). There are golf carts to get you around if needed, but we enjoyed walking around the property. Valet was worth it and our car always arrived before us. We will be back!

Took a family vacation here in September, and would highly recommend it! The resort is beautiful, the restaurants are excellent and the staff is very helpful, kind, and makes you feel like they want you to be there! There are also a ton of activities and things to do: the pools were all very nice, not crowded at all, and the beach was beautiful with plenty of seating and space. The resort offers kayaks, tennis, ping-pong, kid's club activities that our son enjoyed, and more. The golf course is also beautiful if that's your thing, and very close for quick drives to El Yunque, and to old San Juan for day trips.

Beautiful resort, clean and updated rooms, love the beach feet from your bungalow. The staff were kind and friendly. We got GREAT weather despite hurricane season as well. We will be back!

What a beautiful property; it is so expansive we were still finding new areas on our last day! The pool options and areas were limitless. Lots of areas to relax, the beach front areas were perfect as well. The food options were delicious as were the drinks. The staff was very friendly, we were treated like family everywhere!
