My family and I had the most amazing dinner with Anthony at the Nori restaurant. He so attentive and friendly! He made our overall experience here so memorable. I definitely recommend requesting him!

Best family vacation in a decade
From the moment you arrive at Hyatt, you feel welcomed and that the staff is genuinely grateful to host your stay. The rooms are impeccable, the hotel layout is stunning. We traveled with our family of 8 and there was something for everyone. Dinner one night at Nori Teppanyaki - our server was Kamille and the hibachi cook was Jorgie. They are a fantastic pair! The food was incredible and Kamille’s warm and friendly nature elevated the experience. At the front desk, Sebastian and Davianette were especially helpful. I had several questions and they patiently answered everything without hesitation and ensured our stay was going well. At the pool, Joseph and Steve have been our favorite bartenders. Super friendly, frequently checking on our group, and mixing the best cocktails! There’s actually nothing I could offer to improve our experience - it has been THAT good. We have a few more nights left and will be sad to leave our new friends.

Very nice experience
The resort was beautiful, the staff was very pleasant and the amenities were very nice. The overall experience at the restaurants was ok. The food was good, however the service was fair. They appeared to be understaffed.

Our experience at Nori Tappanaki was wonderful. Anthony treated our family like his own - even with special requests from our kids. The food was delicious. 10 stars!
