Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico

Hotel needs some updates. The grounds were not kept well. It rained quite a bit on our trip and there was constant flooding on the walkways where you would have to walk through. The area around the pool needs to be power washed. The pool always had leaves and debris floating around. When using the spa facilities the hot tube had a used bandaid floating around. The massage was very good though! Also, the only hotel spa that I have been in that does not provide slippers. At the Sand trap bar we used the simulator and most of the games did not work very well which was disappointing. We did enjoy the hibachi restaurant. The experience and food were good. The coffee shop snacks and coffee were also quite good. Nectar had the best food we experienced at the hotel. The room we had was also quite large and comfortable. Rooms could use robes. Overall, not a 5 star hotel experience.

Beautiful hotel, extremely friendly staff, lots of activities for all ages. Wonderful location, right on the ocean and three great pools! Rooms were very large and everything you could ask for. Be prepared though for the heavy amount of fees you’ll find at check-out. So many taxes and tips and fees. Very high price, but we very much enjoyed our time there.

The room was exactly how the picture looked. Everything was clean and perfect distance from every where I booked.

Great time depute not great weather . Very chill and quiet resort. Food was great. Service was all wonderful! Ramon at the pool and Matthew at breakfast at prime stood out as extra great servers. Néctar is not owned by the hotel but on property . Great food and vibes .
