Great wsitstaffy
We had dinner tonight at prime 787. Angela was our waiter and he was lovely. He was very warm and kind and made excellent recommendations and was very attentive. I highly recommend him as a waiter.

Great customer service from both the server Adriel and chef Luis. Both were very helpful throughout my 2 week stay at the hotel. Definitely will be recommending friends amd family to visit

Great stay in Rio Grande
The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would like to make a special mention of the help I got when booking our room. Sylvia in reservation dept. was helpful but specially Rolando,also in reservation, he went out of his way to resolve a situation we had, we were very satisfied and happy with the outcome. The accommodations were great, clean and large room. Over all our stay was great and would return in the future.
