Nori Asian- Delicious Sushi
Nori Asian was delicious. I’m so glad we tried them, my friends and I had a Lychee martini and it was amazing. We also had a couple of sushi rolls that’s were really good. Diana, our hostess for the night, was very attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

The entire staff was attentive and met all requests with a smile. The beach amenities were excellent, pool was clean and well staffed and the spa was incredible

Great service
Celebrated my birthday at the Prime 787, we were served Angelo. The food was delicious and the service was great. Angelo always checked on us with what we needed.

Good overall!
Food and service was great! Had the surf and turf. The lobster tail was huge and while the portion of filet mignon was smaller, each bite was consistently a 10/10. Thank you Angelo for being a great server.

Vacation with friends and family
Staff and management unwilling to help after a miscommunication and error during check-in from the hotel. We got locked out of our room, we were called liars and basically thieves. This happened again during check-out and after 2h on the phone with a supervisor the issue was resolved but staff was very reluctant to help and acknowledge a mistake from the hotel and told us even through it was not out fault we had to pay for the mistakes of the hotel. Overall an unpleasant experience even though the hotel was nice.
