Great and fun experience
Anthony was great, very attentive but at the same time gave us time to talk, food was on point, everything was great. And Anthony kept my family entertained, he’s very funny and generous.

Amazing Experience
We went there for my mom’s birthday and had an amazing time!! The food, drinks and service were excellent. Mil gracias to Chef Ivan Martinez and Cami for such a great time and for an unforgettable night.

Wonderful July Vacation
We had a four night stay at the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico and do not have a single complaint. We utilized all dining services and never once had a bad meal. We were allowed to check-in early and check out late based on our flight times. The travel desk even helped us secure a cheap rental car to go off resort for a day. We stayed in the ocean view bungalows and the rooms were perfect. Very clean and everything worked well. 200 yards from the ocean at most. Beach was clean and there were plenty of chairs to relax. Ocean water was clear up to about knee level outside our room, then there was some seaweed, but there were plenty of other spots on the beach that were swimmable. Both pool bars were exceptional and the smaller pools were quiet and nice. Exactly what we were looking for. The beachfront was exceptional for late night walks on the beach. There was a wide-range of other visitors from families to older couples. Regardless of your group, there were plenty of things to do and the resort never felt crowded or loud. Multiple weddings also held while we were there. If you are looking for a nightlife/club scene (which we were not) you'd likely want to look elsewhere, but if you are looking for a relaxing, tropical vacation, you can not beat this place. 100% would recommend to anyone.
