A relaxing resort that is very family friendly. We will be back on our next visit . Hernan was a great pool side server and very attentive.

Resort was pretty, clean, staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the food at the restaurants was very disappointing. As well, the mini kitchen was completely devoid of and dishes, silverware, or glassware and it took mult phone calls to rectify that.

The Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico is a beautiful, relaxing resort with a great location and wonderful beaches, ideal for a laid-back luxury stay. However, onsite dining is limited, with extremely few vegetarian options—vegetarians should reconsider unless they’re comfortable relying on breakfast, pizza, and pasta. While restaurant service was very slow, the staff was consistently friendly, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The resort is quite far from most attractions, making a rental car essential, and there are few on-site activities beyond lounging, so it’s not ideal if your main goal is exploring Puerto Rico. The villa was very clean, but the lack of any utensils in the kitchenette was a significant drawback. Overall, it’s a great choice for relaxation, but less so for food variety or sightseeing-focused trips.

We are a 3 generation family of 9. This place was perfect for us. Location on beautiful quiet beach, lots of chairs. Pool was large & winding & lots of kids areas. The best part was the staff. Major thank you to Edwin, one of the managers in the glass office near front desk. From helping with rooms prior to arrival to helping with shuttles & advice & reservations, he made it all easy. Also thank you to Michael, manager at Nori, he made my birthday dinner perfect. Also thank you to Nanette at Kids club & Jailenne Mendec, our favorite server at pool, so happy & helpful. Resort may seem big, but manageable. Breakfast was buffet at Waters Edge, great or can pick up something at “Market”. (this place really comes in handy. ) Lunch at pool or food truck-great!Overall wonderful place.
