Enjoyable evening
My fiancé and I went here while on vacation. Our server was Angelo. He was extra friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Angelo shared the specials of the day and his personal favorites. The service and the food was great. I would highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of working with Lissette at the front desk when i checked in. She is a very helpful, polite. Lissette makes sure that you’re experience here is to your standards.

Resort were excellent!!
The pool and resort were excellent!! The beach access from our oceanfront room with patio was ideal for changing moods of the kids, naptime, and AC access while still feeling like mom and dad were having a vacation too. Nanette R. kept our kids entertained and happy with daily crafts at the kids club and it was nice to have access to shared pool toys and gear. So peaceful just walking around the resort and it had everything we needed to keep all engaged for the 5 days.

Should be 5 stars but average at best
Nice location off the peninsula. Beach is average with more of a gravel sand consistency. Water is extremely calm with minimal waves. Pool is great. However, due to an incident with a staff member, I can’t honestly say I will ever return to this resort…. While driving through the parking lot, I had the right of way when a golf cart driven by a hotel attendant suddenly crossed the intersection in front of me, nearly causing a collision. The cart had passengers aboard, and I was traveling at a safe speed of approximately 10 mph. Despite this, the attendant gave me an accusatory glare, signaled for me to roll down my window, and then claimed I was driving too fast. She subsequently radioed the front gate to report me without justification. I found this behavior not only unprofessional but deeply offensive. As a guest, I expect staff to uphold both safety and courtesy, and this experience fell short on both fronts. Despite several attempts to contact the hotel, they have yet to reply to the numerous emails I have sent. Staff is friendly but not attentive to details nor hekpful
