Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico

Beautiful Resort! Lots of chairs by the pool and beach. Came with toddlers and they loved every minute. Food truck was great for lunches by the pool, and restaurants were great for the evening. Super close to the rainforest which is a must-do!

Wonderful hotel and staff. Staff went above and beyond and brought us a crib and microwave since had a toddler. I wasn't aware that was an option and it made the trip that much easier and enjoyable for the family.

I am allergic to gluten, dairy and eggs. I ordered pad Thai and it was so good! I usually have to eat everything plain and bland but this dish was amazing! The chef even came to my table to tell me he prepared my dish. The “sauce” was delicious! The waiter assured me he would take my order seriously because his son has peanut allergies so he understood. We made another reservation as soon as we finished dinner.

Angelo (Prime) Was an amazing server... he was extremely personable, very charming, and one of the best servers We have ever had!!! Definitely made the experience!

As a Hyatt Discoverist we booked 4 nights at no cost on points. On arrival we were upgraded to garden room right adjoining oceanfront at no additional charge. The room was immaculate with marble floors and spacious bath with large porcelain tub and rainforest shower. The beds were super comfortable with large LG TV and comfortably appointed lanai. We were given coupons for 2 free drinks which were lime mojitos and were very good. My wife has mobility issues and we called for golf cart service which arrived within 15 minutes at most. All the help at this hotel were very friendly and attentive! We ate at the Prime, Nori Japanese, and Nectar and except for a very small crab at Nectar, overall very good along with very good service. Swimming pools had cold water but very clean. We loved the Reserve pool over the huge main pool because it was so quiet and cabanas were free. This pool is very large too and we liked the Molido near the pool (similar to the excellent Market for pizza, snacks, sandwiches, coffee, etc .) All had attentive servers. The beach is not sandy but the water is very clear, calm, and not deep. This resort was wonderful for seniors like us but there is no weekly nightlife other than the bars and Latin music playing. Finally all facilities are beautiful and super clean. Drinks and food are expensive but very good, super high local taxes on everything, tips always included. We spent four wonderful and relaxing days here and it is a fine Hyatt hotel!
