Beautiful
The resort was well kept, Rooms were clean and service was good. Having the beach and pool was a plus. Prices at the resort were a little expensive but that was to be expected, nice food spots around the area with good prices and great food, the breeze near the forest made it comfortable and relaxing. Wish I knew more about activities on site.

Fantastic! Shout out to Joel!!
Beautiful resort with a ton of amenities and restaurants. The staff were extremely sweet and helpful. I want to give a shout out in particular to Joel (VIP concierge) - he was incredibly warm, inviting, helpful and kind to us. Joel really went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed during our stay, and gave us a lot of great advice about where to eat and what to do at the resort. 10/10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful hotel and amazing experience
Love the beach and pools. The beach is beautiful, quiet and sprawling. The pools are shallow, a bit more for lounging than swimming but very nice and there are a few good ones to choose from. Even as an adult, the water slide was very fun. The hotel plants are beautiful, diverse and plentiful. The grounds are immaculately kept. Very green in June. The food is delicious. Lot of options. The staff have all been very friendly. I especially liked the concierge employee Joel, he handled our detailed list of room demands perfectly :D.
