Excellent pool service at Rio Mar! Yahaira was extremely attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our time at the pool. She consistently made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel very well taken care of. The Happy Birthday cake was such a thoughtful and very nice gesture that made the day even more special. Thank you, Yahaira, for your attention to detail, kindness, and excellent service. You truly added something special to our experience at Rio Mar. Five-star service!

Great time, great pool, awesome staff.
Loved the resort, staff was extremely attentive. The adult pool was a highlight and Edwin took great care of us. Also recommend seeing the cabaret - it’s worth it. Hope to come back again soon.

Everyone gave excellent service!! We especially liked to eat at the Roots Coastal Kitchen. Always good and enough variety for return trips! The servers like Joanne are always pleasant and friendly to us!!
