From the approach to this highly rated place to the check-out the place feels very very off. Hard to exactly pinpoint . It’s a new property with a run down feel. No one communicates with anyone in the entire staff. Called for extra pillows, took two more calls. We went to the pool and ordered a glass of wine. It was delivered in a tiny plastic cup which promptly was blown over by the wind. The young woman servicing the pool kept apologizing saying it was only her second day on the job. They focus on wellness and relaxation. It does not translate into that at all. Don’t even get me going about the valet service! Look elsewhere for a truly stellar place, I’d pay more just to not stay here again. To be fair, at checkout I was asked how our stay was. I briefly described that something felt weird about the entire experience. Our resort charge fee of $90/night were removed. Very nice gesture.

What can I say? The building itself is very nice. Kind of out of the way, but it IS on the beach. Where things start to fall apart is the service. Staying here you kind of feel like you're staying in an apartment building where only a handful of people know the folks who work there and the rest of us are sort of ignored. Called to have wine in our room as a surprise upon arrival. When we checked in they said it would be right up. It never arrived. Asked about it the next day. Got an apology and said it would be right up. It never arrived. Got to lobby bar 20 minutes before front desk told us it closed and we were told (rudely) by bartender that it was closed. Asked front desk again and they sort of "made" the bartender wait on us (she wasn't pleased). Waited about an hour for a pizza in the outdoor lunch spot. Had to wait a long time (with a reservation) at an on-site spot for dinner only to be told which of the items on the menu were no longer available. Best part of trip was leaving the site and renting bikes to explore West Palm and Palm Beach proper. If you're looking for a "stay" don't stay here. If you're looking for a place to sleep, then you might be fine.

My wife and i had a lovely time here and the view was incredible. The front desk was so kind. Brandon at the front desk was so helpful and seemed to really enjoy talking about the amenities they offer! The pool attendant was also so kind and thoughtful. Highly recommend. Will go back!

An experience that horrifies. Bath water that come out of the tap yellow. Shower and sink water the same. From desk service rarely available. Overcharged spa services. Filthy floors. Bugs. Bathroom wall sockets falling apart. Room service barely speaks English and substitutes what it likes. Oatmeal served with a fork. Had to pay extra for the fruit. And the food in general was horrible. I had to tip the front desk guy $100 for my room because he “couldn’t find it,” despite the fact that they demanded prepayment. Had to wait 3 hours for my room. The place is falling apart. What a sh$t hole.

I can’t express to you what a bad experience we had. Our room was freezing and we asked to see if we could fix the thermostat 3 times- no help ever came. The service at the pool, bar, beach and restaurant are awful. The servers are extremely stretched and look so beaten down. There was one server for the entire pool when the hotel was fully booked. There are limited options and on top of that, 1/2 the menu is not available. The wait times for any kind of service range from 1-2 hours. Everyone around us throughout the hotel is grumbling about how bad it is here. It’s basically a two star hotel with a 5 star price. I couldn’t wait to go home. My neighbor at the pool was leaving early because it was so bad. Please save your money. Not sure how anyone has given this 5 stars. Positives- the server at the coffee shop is very pleasant. One waitress, Carly, was working very hard each day as we’re here. The spa is nice but extremely costly.
