I am Rose. I worked as a Hostess at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Riyadh, in the Al Orjouan restaurant. Due to my pregnancy, I went on maternity leave. As an employee here, I can say that the dignity of a person and the value of their work are truly honored. Every employee is given special attention—not only on their birthdays but also on their country’s National Days. Today, Uzbekistan is celebrating Independence Day, and at the Ritz-Carlton this occasion was also recognized. Together with my fellow countrymen, I felt proud to see Uzbekistan’s Independence Day acknowledged among the employees. Here, I experienced love, care, respect, and friendship as if I were among my own family. As a Hostess, I welcomed many guests. Great attention is given to every guest here, with individual care and hospitality. We warmly greet new visitors and treat our regular guests like family members, always striving to fulfill their every need. We are also regularly trained to improve our skills and expand our knowledge in the hospitality field. For our guests, we constantly work on bringing innovations, comfort, and better service. During my time here, I witnessed many summits. I had the chance to see Presidents, Ministers, Delegates, World Stars, Celebrities, Businessmen, Movie Stars, and many other famous figures. All of them left with great satisfaction, praising the comfort, the delicious food, and the team spirit of the staff at the Ritz, taking with them bright memories. If there were a 7-star rating, I would give the Ritz-Carlton 7 stars. Both employees who come to work here and guests who come to relax feel the warm family atmosphere, the highest level of care, and the joy of being part of such a wonderful team.

Ask for Azeem, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out. Employees like him make the Ritz-Carlton experience unforgettable.

During my recent stay, the exceptional service truly made a difference. I'd especially like to recognize Mariam for her outstanding hospitality. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, making my experience feel personal and incredibly welcoming.

This hotel is immaculate and the service is superb. Everyone was friendly and accommodating to every need. A big special thanks to Raghad at concierge for helping us navigate Riyadh to retrieve souvenirs. When I asked about where to find good dates, she surprised me by telling me she can take care of that. She gave us a complimentary case of dates to bring home as a gift. The hospitality and excellence at this hotel made it the perfect end to our honeymoon. I would definitely recommend and return
