My stay at The Ritz-Carlton was exceptional. The check-in process was very smooth, and I would like to thank Salman Khan for his great hospitality, as well as Azeem for his attentiveness. The recreational facilities were excellent, including the spa and fitness center. The breakfast was also delightful. I will definitely return again.”

Shameful welcome for a hotel of this Level. Disastrous experience at the Ritz Carlton Riyadh. The duty manager today simply refused to check me in, pretending that he is just following the internal rules which is simply false. Very arrogant and disrespectful attitude. No assistance, no explanation, no sense of hospitality. You expect flawless service as I had before, but this guy ruined all the nice moments I had before at the Ritz Carlton Riyadh. A complete disappointment.

I went to Ritz Carlton for breakfast. It’s available for non-residents as well. Enjoyed it a lot. Amazing selection of food and drinks. Was impressed to see infused water. The staff is very friendly. Would like to thank Meerim and Elmar for their excellent customer care. Great experience. Would love to come back.

I am Rose. I worked as a Hostess at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Riyadh, in the Al Orjouan restaurant. Due to my pregnancy, I went on maternity leave. As an employee here, I can say that the dignity of a person and the value of their work are truly honored. Every employee is given special attention—not only on their birthdays but also on their country’s National Days. Today, Uzbekistan is celebrating Independence Day, and at the Ritz-Carlton this occasion was also recognized. Together with my fellow countrymen, I felt proud to see Uzbekistan’s Independence Day acknowledged among the employees. Here, I experienced love, care, respect, and friendship as if I were among my own family. As a Hostess, I welcomed many guests. Great attention is given to every guest here, with individual care and hospitality. We warmly greet new visitors and treat our regular guests like family members, always striving to fulfill their every need. We are also regularly trained to improve our skills and expand our knowledge in the hospitality field. For our guests, we constantly work on bringing innovations, comfort, and better service. During my time here, I witnessed many summits. I had the chance to see Presidents, Ministers, Delegates, World Stars, Celebrities, Businessmen, Movie Stars, and many other famous figures. All of them left with great satisfaction, praising the comfort, the delicious food, and the team spirit of the staff at the Ritz, taking with them bright memories. If there were a 7-star rating, I would give the Ritz-Carlton 7 stars. Both employees who come to work here and guests who come to relax feel the warm family atmosphere, the highest level of care, and the joy of being part of such a wonderful team.
