About the Hotel

Aleph Hotel Rome is a departure from the traditional Roman retreat. Designed by the renowned Adam Tihany, this former bank turned hip hotel is ultra-contemporary, spotlighting three distinct layers of public spaces that have made it a popular gathering spot. Its location, adjacent to the Via Veneto and just a short jaunt from Piazza di Spagna, also makes it one of the city's most desirable destinations. Nearby are sophisticated shops, sidewalk cafes, celebrated museums and many public works of art.

Fantastic hotel, spotlessly clean. Excellent friendly staff. The suite we had was beautiful. Fantastic breakfast selection. Amazing spa experience. Location excellent for access to all the major sites. Thoroughly recommend!

This hotel claims to be 5-star, but delivers roadside-level service.

Very disappointing experience. When guests raise complaints, they are treated with arrogance and indifference. The reception service is terrible, unwelcoming, and staff members seem permanently stressed, unable to even offer a simple smile. I was initially placed in an accessible room that I did not book, with a very high toilet, no shower enclosure, and an overall uncomfortable layout. When I complained, the alternative offered was a room next to a very noisy street, which the staff member Mariateresa herself admitted was not worth changing to because of the noise. The restaurant offers extremely limited options, with prices far too high for the quality delivered. The food is expensive, limited, and unpleasant in taste. Basic items such as shampoo were not properly replenished in the room, and overall cleanliness was poor. This was an accumulation of issues that clearly does not justify the investment. There are infinitely better hotel options in Rome. NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

A Memorable and Charming Hotel

We truly enjoyed our experience at the Aleph Hotel. The staff was courteous and always aimed to please. The room was extremely comfortable and spacious. It is located on a quite street and just a quick walk to all of the sights. We would certainly stay here again.

Truly Memorable Stay

We can not say enough about our stay at the Aleph! Every thing was outstanding the front desk staff were awesome from directions to helping with rides to restaurant recommendations. The nightly turndown service was excellent as was the morning breakfast with everything from brewed to order coffee to breakfast to Prosecco! We were on our way to Milan and Switzerland but this stay was by far the best! Forza AS ROMA!
