About the Hotel

Aleph Hotel Rome is a departure from the traditional Roman retreat. Designed by the renowned Adam Tihany, this former bank turned hip hotel is ultra-contemporary, spotlighting three distinct layers of public spaces that have made it a popular gathering spot. Its location, adjacent to the Via Veneto and just a short jaunt from Piazza di Spagna, also makes it one of the city's most desirable destinations. Nearby are sophisticated shops, sidewalk cafes, celebrated museums and many public works of art.

Reviews for Aleph Hotel Rome

This hotel made our break extra special.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 16 hours ago

This is a very special hotel. It is in a relatively quiet sidestreet but also just a 10 minute walk to both the Trevi, the Spanish Steps and the main shopping/restaurant areas. There is also a small pool on the roof which was great for a quick swim after so much walking and it has a spa. More importantly, the staff were uber professional and yet warm and friendly - they honestly could not have done more to make my birthday break a special one. Most notably, Antonella and the breakfast team and Marieteresa who was at the end of the WhatsApp making sure every request was fulfilled, speedily. They all went that extra mile. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely rebook when we return to Rome.

Fantastic hotel with exceptional staff

The hotel has exceptional quality facilities and wonderful breakfast. Location is nice as it is close to the city center, but still on a peaceful area. The pool was great during the August heat. But the best part of the hotel was the friendly staff who went out of their way to help. I had accidentally booked an accessibility room. The staff moved us to a better room, which was totally calm and quiet. Super helpful

Aleph Rome Hotel: Summer in Rome

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

This is a beautifully maintained hotel within walking distance of many key sites in Rome. The lobby was well staffed and the team was able to smoothly handle the flow of guests in the space. The management, particularly Carlo, was fantastic—his customer service was excellent, and he responded quickly and professionally to feedback, even within minutes of our arrival and before we had unpacked. The in-house breakfast offered a nice combination of savory and sweet options, and was well managed. Room service was perfect, including the turndown service. There wasn’t a lot of activity in the ground floor seating area or bar during our stay. One thing to note is that the pool closes at 6 PM to serve dinner, and it’s a smaller dipping pool (waist-deep, with no deep end) that gets very crowded with limited seating and space. If you’re hoping for an early evening winddown after sightseeing in Rome’s heat, this may not be an option. They did, however, serve food and drinks via the bar.

A Gorgeous Boutique Gem in Rome with Exceptional Service!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

After researching several hotels in Rome, we chose Hotel Aleph, part of Hilton’s Curio Collection, and it was the perfect decision. The hotel, a former bank converted into a boutique property, strikes the ideal balance between feeling spacious yet still intimate and personal. We arrived early, around 11 AM, after a long flight. Official check-in isn’t until 3 PM, but our suite was ready by 1 PM, which was a welcome relief. The front desk staff, especially Juan and another gentleman (possibly a manager), were warm, professional, and made us feel instantly at home. They informed us we’d received a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was a wonderful surprise. Our Suite – Room 218 (I believe they called it the Olive Suite) The suite was truly beautiful – two rooms connected, with a spacious living area featuring a pull-out sofa, desk, bar setup, and a marble bathroom with a bidet. The bedroom offered a king bed, a dresser, another desk area, and a slightly larger bathroom. Both areas also had a comfy chair to sit in as well. The bathrooms were well-appointed with elegant marble finishes. The high ceilings had stunning artistic detailing. We also had two French doors opening onto a small standing terrace overlooking the street and hotel flags accessible in both rooms. Storage was ample, the bedding was plush and comfortable, and the entire space felt updated, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Having two bathrooms was a luxury, especially when traveling with my son! The showers were excellent temperature and great water pressure! The hotel even had a spray which was a lavender mix for your pillows. The Amazing Staff & Service From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. There were Doormen dressed in classic uniforms who were always present to assist with luggage, hail taxis, or simply greet us warmly no matter the time of day. During check-in, I ordered a cappuccino, which was delivered promptly and was one of the best I’ve had in Italy. The attention to detail made the stay five-star all the way! Dining & Breakfast Our package included breakfast (also offered to Hilton Diamond members), served in the stylish on-site lobby restaurant decorated with fun, neon coffee-themed signs. We could choose hot dishes from a menu while also enjoying a buffet of fresh fruit, breads, meats, and eggs. Each morning, servers offered a “juice of the day” and even Prosecco, which I happily indulged in. Service here was quick, friendly, and very attentive – a great start to our mornings. Amenities & Location While we didn’t have time to enjoy the rooftop pool, spa, or gym. We were too busy with tours and meetups with friends to partake in all the offerings. I was informed that spa facilities like the sauna and Jacuzzi were available to me as a Diamond member. I also received water as well. The location was beyond fantastic. It was a charming street within walking distance of the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and numerous restaurants, shops as well as other city attractions. The location made it extremely easy to explore Rome. Overall Hotel Aleph exceeded our expectations in every way with beautifully appointed rooms, the gracious staff, delicious breakfasts, and a prime location. It feels boutique and personal while offering the luxury you’d expect from a five-star hotel. Room 218, the Olive Suite, was perfect for our stay. I’m still delighted and grateful to have been offered such an amazing room. I would not hesitate to return on our next visit to Rome.
