Needs work!!!
It is difficult to rate this hotel. Overall I'd say it is a 3 star hotel. Amex lists it as a Fine Hotel & Resort. They shouldn't. Overall the hotel is nice. Staff are good. What drags this hotel down badly is the cleanliness. The carpets in the hallways are absolutly disgusting. The carpet in our room was filthy and badly stained. The front desk seemed to be understaffed everytime we used it. The concierge desk was very good. The lobby bar was great with wonderful staff. We would not stay there again simply due to cleanliness.

Such a beautiful place
Staff kindness and service all around was great. Loved the piano at breakfast and super comfortable bed. Happy to recommend it and look forward to my next visit.

A wonderful stay in Rome!
We found the staff to be prompt, friendly, and professional. The room was comfortable, clean with many amenities. Checking in and checking out were performed quickly without any issues. The breakfasts were delicious and offered many choices. Room service was not needed as there were many snack and drink choices available in the room for purchase.

Excellent grandeur
Excellent hotel. Very professional staff. Lobby bar particularly notable. Room gigantic and amenities abundant. Location fine, eased by metro at door. Overall a very enjoyable high end hotel.

The hotel itself is beautiful, luxurious, charming and in a great location. But the service from staff was top notch! The staff saw what my daughter needed and they provided without us having to ask. We highly recommend this hotel.
