I never imagined that a hotel could create one of the most meaningful and memorable experiences of my life — but this one truly did. From the very first moment, we felt not just welcomed, but genuinely cared for. A heartfelt and deeply personal thank you to Giulia Romagnani, Concierge, who turned just a few simple messages into an extraordinary engagement surprise. She was responsive even on a Sunday, ensuring every detail was perfectly in place. The setting she created was breathtaking: the flowers, the rose petals, the scents, and the unexpected champagne. Even the tiramisu was simply world-class — a true delight. Her warmth, dedication, and professionalism are beyond words. Behind the scenes, Luca ensured that everything was prepared flawlessly, while the entire reception team worked with remarkable discretion. Not a single detail was revealed, allowing the moment to unfold naturally and beautifully. It was a true masterclass in hospitality. To top it all off, we must thank Michelangelo, our driver to the airport. His calm presence, romantic music, and fascinating stories about Rome made the journey a continuation of the magic rather than the end of it. He is a true professional and one of the best drivers we have ever had. This stay became a memory we will carry with us for a lifetime. From the bottom of our hearts — thank you. This hotel checks all the marks. It is visually stunning on the outside and inside; not only is it beautiful the service matches. The culinary is fantastic. I think they need a Michelin star for breakfast and for their sushi! This is my forever go to hotel in Rome.
