Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel celebrating my wife's 50th and quite honestly it was amazing. From our arrival at the hotel the service was impeccable, all of the team there could not do enough to make the stay fantastic. We were met by Gemma from Guest relations, who could not do enough for us, including taking us up to our fabulous room, and highlighting the great things the hotel and Rome had to offer. We ate twice at the Seen restaurant which was also very special, however will do a separate review for this. Marco the concierge also rescued us when we arrived at the colosseum without ID. We truly felt so special the whole trip. Yes you will find cheaper hotels in Rome but 100% you won't find better! Can't wait to go back. Ps the bar is one of the smartest places I have ever had a drink, with amazing cocktails made by an incredible team and attentive team.

Spent only few nights, most comfortable beds and best pillows ever! Breakfast really plesant with the pianist and friendly service. Also very convenient with location super close to train station. Everyone very kind and polite, really liked the whole experience

We came to celebrate my birthday and this hotel made my birthday complete. Every member of staff are exceptional and three members in particular were Salvatore the concierge and Linda from the lobby bar and Stephania from the breakfast . They made our stay complete and always went out of there way on a daily basis. We would love to come back as loved Rome and even more so this Hotel was outstanding in every way.

I visited Anantara Palazzo Naiadi with my girlfriend just for a coffee at the lobby bar, and it was a great experience. The place is stunning, elegant. The staff of the hotel incredibly kind, professional, and always smiling, which made us feel genuinely welcome. Perfect atmosphere even for a simple coffee , definitely a place that leaves a great impression.

My recent stay at the Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel was truly amazing. This hotel mixes the grandeur of the Belle Époque with the luxury of the modern Anantara in a way that makes for an unforgettable Roman experience. Location (5/5): The location is just right for this. You are at a beautiful crossroads right next to the Repubblica metro station and the stunning Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli e dei Martiri. The plaza is peaceful and beautiful, and you can get to the Trevi Fountain in 15 minutes and the Termini transportation hub in just a few minutes. It is a peaceful place to get away from the noise and easy to get to all of Rome's attractions. Room and Ambiance (5/5): We stayed in a Diocletian Room with a terrace. The room was big and beautifully designed and paid beautiful tribute to the building's history with high ceilings, original details, and a color scheme of calming creams and golds. The modern conveniences fit in perfectly. The best part was the private terrace that looked out over the square's fountains and the basilica. It was like our own piece of Roman heaven. A note just for you: I want to sincerely thank Claudia Di Gianfrancesco, the Front Office Supervisor. When I got there, there was a small problem with my original booking. Claudia handled it with great professionalism, empathy, and speed. She not only fixed it right away, but she also graciously upgraded my room. Her answer turned what could have been a problem into a great start to our stay. Cleanliness (5/5): Perfect. The whole place, from the beautiful marble lobby to the hallways and our room, was very clean. Housekeeping was careful, thorough, and private. I want to personally thank Chery from the room-servingteam here. She paid a lot of attention to the little things. She always took great care of our room and left little things that made us feel like she really cared. Food and Dining (5/5): We had a lot of fun eating oout. · The breakfast was a feast. The buffet had a huge selection of high-quality items. · Ihab gave great service at the restaurant. His advice was spot-on, his timing was perfect, and his friendly but professional demeanor made our meals much better. A big thank you to Giulia and Ieme at the breakfast area and help desk for their very friendly, helpful, and attentive service every morning. They remembered what we liked and made us feel like regulars who were important. The Anantara Palazzo Naiadi is more than just a place to sleep; it's a place to visit. It captures the timeless beauty of Rome and offers perfect, friendly service. The people who work at this hotel are what really make it shine, even though the setting is beautiful. The excellent care
