Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel

'We asked Stefania at the concierge desk to recommend a restaurant that locals would enjoy - specifically her. She said to come back in 20 minutes. When we returned she had already called the owner, but walked with us to the location. She knocked on the door and they opened it and invited us in before it opened. There were only 6 tables. It was the absolutely the best meal we enjoyed in our two week stay in Italy. This hotel is beautiful and the staff is excellent. It will always be the highlight of our trip. I highly recommend it.

The rooms are truly five star. The beds are big and comfortable, the ceilings high, the linens soft and luxurious. Free water was replenished every day. The service had a few hiccups at first (rooms not ready in time), but the staff was so gracious and apologetic it ended up being fine. The breakfast is overly crowded and there is a wait to be seated, but it’s fairly expansive. The lobby bar is lovely. The rooftop pool and restaurant feels more Miami than Rome (club music and sushi while overlooking Roman ruins) but it was fun for a quick drink and dip in the pool after a hot day. The staff really was helpful and friendly and always sending free treats, which the kids loved. We’d gladly return.

I would like to recognize a particular employee, Her name is Claudia, she works at the front desk. She delivers 5 stars service. I want to take moment to express my deepest appreciation for Claudia. She is not only a true professional, but also an amazing customer service oriented agent. She has always gone above and beyond for us, the customer, offering support and kindness that make all the difference. She delivers exceptional service and shows how things are done to create an excellent experience for the customers. She is a shinning example of what the Anantara brand represent, embodying and displaying the brand culture and values toward both customers and colleagues alike. Thank you Claudia for being the greatest and for helping create beautiful memories and trust during our stay.

While only staying for 2 nights at the end of a vacation we wish we could have stayed longer. From the moment we checked in we were treated by an amazing staff and given an incredible room upgrade which made traveling for my birthday even the more special. We especially enjoyed working with Gemma who is a true gem. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again upon our return to Rome.
