Immerse yourself in the splendour of ancient Rome in a crescent-shaped palazzo fronting the Piazza della Repubblica. Anantara Palazzo Naiadi showcases a uniquely storied history, with 19th-century marble architecture and meeting rooms suspended over the ruins of the Baths of Diocletian. Our palatial hotel also boasts one of the most enviable locations in the city centre, with iconic sites such as the Fori Imperiali, Via Veneto, Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps all within walking distance. After a day of exploration, return to an evening of rooftop relaxation overlooking the Eternal City.

Stay here. Seriously. The hotel is very nice, but you can find nice anywhere. It’s the staff that makes this place a joy. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Top down, professional courtesy everywhere you look. Friendly greetings and offers of help for just about anything. Huge shoutout to Giorgia at the concierge desk. I was literally in awe of her commanding presence on the phone as she made my problems go away. Stay here.

We had a truly exceptional experience staying at the Anantara Plazzo Nakado hotel in Rome this week. The hotel itself was gorgeous but what made the experience all the more memorable was the wonderful people we met. Every encounter was a pleasure from the moment the doorman helped my wife out of the taxi on arrival to your team providing a taxi for us to the station in the rain, even though it is only a short distance. Special mention to your concierge team who provided valuable assistance for us with recommendations of where to go and how to get there. We also really enjoyed the breakfast where the team was a joy and the pianist fantastic. We would love to go back again in the summer time

Stay over- amazing We had a wonderful stay in Italy. The housekeepers Carmen and Georgiana were extremely professional, attentive, and welcoming. They were prompt, friendly, and took great care of everything, making our stay much more enjoyable. The cleanliness and organization were excellent. Many thanks for your care and support — we highly recommend them!

The hotel is beautiful, but the service is quite slow. I like to stay at two different hotels in every city that I visit (usually a four star and a five star). I stayed at a four star hotel down the street for a few days before I stayed at this one, and the service was better at the other hotel. I also stayed at a combination of four and five star hotels during my month-long trip to Italy, and all hotels had better service than this one. I was told that I would receive a call when my room was ready (dropped of bags early- I did NOT expect room to be ready that early but I had to check out of my other hotel), but I never received a call. Turndown service showed up close to 9PM the first night. It takes 30 minutes to get coffee at breakfast. By the time the coffee arrives, you have already finished eating. The biggest issue was the room service that I ordered that never arrived. I ended up just going to sleep after waiting for over an hour. Obviously these are first world problems, but just something to keep in mind. This occurred during December, so I cannot imagine what it would have been like in June-August

Hotel and staff were just great. Our junior suite was amazing, spacious and very elegant, breakfast top. Ineo and Seen restaurants also great.
