Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel

Amazing. We have stayed at many 5 star hotels in Europe and we were blown away. Every interaction with the staff was 10/10. They made sure we were completely satisfied. If there was anything that could have been better was the room service food. Don’t get me wrong it was good food but pizza and burger and Cesar salad were hard to enjoy.

Great looking hotel, inside and out and our room was very comfortable. Bathroom amenities by Aqua Di Parma. Probably the best comp' slippers I've experienced in a hotel bedroom. There was one downside of stating in a room at the extreme end of the hotel. the supply of hot water. We thought the hot water had failed and rang down for help. The lady on reception advised running the hot water in the bath, shower and two basins for up to nine minutes as "You are a long way from the supply". In fact, it took five minutes, but that was a lot of water going to waste every morning and evening. To illustrate the distance, it was 115 steps from the elevator doors in the centre of the hotel to the room.

What a wonderful place this was! The staff were so helpful and our room was remarkable. Clean, comfortable, and convenient as well. Metro station just outside, for those who want to use that. Just across the street from the old baths of Diocletian, which now contain a beautiful church designed by Michelangelo. We had no difficulty with noise level, even with the busy street outside. The huge breakfast buffet was amazing. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Certainly not cheap, but worth every penny.
