Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel

I had a truly wonderful stay at Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome. From the very first moment I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Everyone I encountered was incredibly kind, friendly and professional, which made our stay even more special. I would especially like to mention Gloria, who welcomed us and assisted us with our check-in. If I remember her name correctly, she was extremely kind and welcoming from the very beginning. I would also like to highlight Sylvia, who was absolutely lovely, friendly and professional. She was always happy to help, greeted me warmly and we had lovely conversations almost every day. Her genuine kindness and attention made a lasting impression on me. Another highlight was our experience at the rooftop bar, where my mother and I spent our last evening enjoying drinks and the beautiful atmosphere. Riccardo prepared an absolutely delicious cocktail for us. Andree was incredibly friendly and we had a wonderful conversation. Both of them were warm, approachable and truly guest-oriented. I would also like to mention Taoufik and Flavia from the lobby, who were very kind and welcoming from the very first moment. And of course, a special thank you to Gemma from Guest Relations, who was professional, kind and genuinely friendly. Her warm attitude and attention to guests were truly appreciated. Overall, this was not only a beautiful hotel experience, but also an experience made memorable by the wonderful people working there. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay in Rome so special. We would be very happy to return! ❤️

Beautiful upscale hotel with a great welcome upon arrival. Not overly stuffy and comfortable with great front desk and concierge team Extra benefits if you book a suite and also thru Amex. Upgrades were not great but room and bathroom were spacious. Good roof top bar and pool. Lobby bar service and food were not great.

This is an amazing hotel!! The staff is outstanding!! Make sure and visit the bar!! Everyone there is 1st class. Please get to know Elizabeth. She makes the whole experience shine.

We had booked very early before our trip but as usual we were allocated a room with no view only another wall. The room was dated and very tired. For the price it was poor value. On the upside the gym was relatively good and had some useful equipment. The breakfast and the staff in the breakfast area were excellent and were in my opinion a 5 star rating. As were have stayed in 5 star hotels before it was the highlight of our trip. On balance and the attitude of the reception staff about our room allocation it was more like a minus 4 star hotel

NIce terrace with a hot tub, very clean rooms, a silent and highly efficient air conditioning system. No disturbing noises from the neighbors whatsoever
