Immerse yourself in the splendour of ancient Rome in a crescent-shaped palazzo fronting the Piazza della Repubblica. Anantara Palazzo Naiadi showcases a uniquely storied history, with 19th-century marble architecture and meeting rooms suspended over the ruins of the Baths of Diocletian. Our palatial hotel also boasts one of the most enviable locations in the city centre, with iconic sites such as the Fori Imperiali, Via Veneto, Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps all within walking distance. After a day of exploration, return to an evening of rooftop relaxation overlooking the Eternal City.

I've stayed at the Anantara Palazzo Naiadi three times - the first time was pre-COVID, when it was a Marriott property. I had noticed the hotel on previous visits to Rome, and had even enjoyed coffee and cocktails there on a few occasions, but this was the first time I had stayed, and I absolutely loved everything about it! I loved it even more on subsequent stays as I got to enjoy the full experience. The hotel is stunning, including the rooms, with views of the historic surroundings and the Piazza Repubblica, the restaurants, bar, and lobby area - an authentic but modern space in the heart of the city. The breakfast buffet was the best I've had, and the cocktails, especially those prepared by Mirco, were incredibly delicious, beautiful and seductive! The service here is truly outstanding! A heartfelt thanks to all the exceptional staff members who have made my stays so memorable, and keep drawing me back to this hotel - most of all Gemma, Marco, Mirco and Sylvie. I never want to leave!

We had a fantastic experience at the ANANTARA PALAZZO NAIADI in January 2026 as part of our Viking trip to Rome and other destinations. The staff was attentive, the room was beautiful, the breakfast restaurant was simply amazing with multiple offerings, both buffet style and cooked to order. Couldn't have asked for a better time!

Our group had an amazing experience! Martina and her whole staff was extremely attentive and helped make our trip so special. I would recommend them for any business or personal trip you might have.

A gorgeous hotel in nice area of the city! The building is breathtaking and the location can't be beat- steps from Roma Termini and Walkable to most of the major sites. Booked through AMEX FHR, so were upgraded to a spacious room which was spotless with great amenities. The employee who checked us in was friendly and helpful. When our flight was cancelled they let us extend our reservation a stay int he same room, which was greatly appreciated. The only issue we have (which I barely call an issue, but since it is a 5 star hotel) was it took quite a while for our luggage to make it up to our room. We actually gave up waiting, because we wanted to go and explore the city. Again, didn't change my love for the hotel, just a mall thing if looking for suggestions.

Absolutely beautiful 5 star hotel in Rome within walking distance of the Roma Termini central train station so that you can easily hop on Italo High Speed trains to Naples and other destinations in Italy. What I love about this hotel: 1. The staff is AMAZING, attentive and supportive! Claudia was truly fantastic immediately greeting me and my travel buddy, my 24 yo son Will on our arrival. She made us feel at home and reassured us so much. The handsome Giuseppe was wonderful too! The entire concierge desk especially Luna was so helpful in booking local tours and answering questions about Rome. Irene was lovely to us at check in. 2. The hotel is modern, pristine clean and smells amazing everywhere. As a physician, I am particularly sensitive to smells and cleanliness. This hotel passes with flying colors! 3. My room was absolutely perfect! See my video below! Marble floors in bathroom with huge mirrors, towels longer than my 5’3” height and softer than a bunny rabbit. Plentiful and high quality bathroom toiletries, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and hand lotion. Cozy robe and slippers. The beds are truly amazing. I asked for a feather free room due to our asthma and this request was honored without me having to ask a second time. 4. Please make sure you visit the hotel bar “Seen” on the 5th floor. The food is delicious and the staff amazing. In summary, don’t waste your time staying anywhere else in Rome. You get what you pay for when it comes to hotels. The Anantara is worth every single penny. Staff is so sweet! They even provided complimentary Prosecco and snacks to honor my son’s 24th birthday. We cannot wait to return to this absolutely beautiful and enchanting hotel! A very special thank you to the entire staff for our stay. See you next year! Maybe sooner!!!
