Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel

Loved the vibe and service in Awka bar. Roberta was exceptional sharing the history of the hotel and surrounding area.

Hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The staff is amazing!! But in particular Roberta and taoufik at the lobby bar. They were so lovely, accommodating and helpful. The cocktails are lovely and unique. I had the Paloma and then a bottle of wine that Taoufuk recommended.

Best hotel in Rome! From the minute we arrived the welcome was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We were greeted by one of the doormen in Welsh.. which was a beautiful surprise! Checking in was a dream. We were greeted by Claudia, who offered the option of upgrading to a junior suite, and ‘when in Rome..’. We arrived hours before check in but couldn’t have felt more cared for and welcomed. We were invited to enjoy some drinks on the rooftop terrace, whilst Claudia arranged our upgraded room. We returned to the reception and we were offered the duplex suite. All I can say is ‘WOW!’ It was spectacular! Every single person who we had the pleasure of meeting at this hotel were friendly, warm and most definitely made our holiday all the more special. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Perfect location, beautiful hotel, the pool and roof terrace is second to none but above all every member of this hotel team are wonderful. We will 100% return! Thank you Claudia and the whole Anantarra family, you helped to make our trip extremely special ❤️

Staying at Anantara in my last trip to Rome was a wonderful experience. The hotel offers a high level of quality and comfort, from the spacious, beautifully appointed rooms to the excellent amenities, which significantly enhance the overall stay. Every detail contributes to a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The quality of the food, particularly the breakfast, was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and well-prepared options. The service was equally impressive, with all the staff being warm, attentive, and professional throughout our stay.

My wife and I booked a 4 days city trip to Rome and stayed in the amazing hotel. Every experience is perfect from beginning to end, staff is very professional from reception, guest relations, restaurant and bar. The breakfast is truly amazing and staff also very professional, they truly ‘own’ the place. The room with a very best view on the Fontana delle Naiadi is truly unique. My wife and I want to thank the hotel team for giving us the best hotel experience ever!
