There isn’t a better immersion in the glory days of the Roaring Twenties than Grand Hotel Palace – part of the collection of – a regal mainstay on Rome’s famed Via Veneto. The white columned façade bears a hint of the Colosseum, but inside the wrought iron gate is an homage to Bohemian Rome. Architect Marcello Piacentini’s thoughtful design showcases floor-to-ceiling frescoes of bygone society, while marble floors and Murano crystal chandeliers retain a sense of timelessness.

This was our first trip to Rome and we were welcomed to the Hotel by Mirko, who throughout our stay ensured we made the most of the city with helpful hints and advice. The Hotel is clean and comfortable and within walking distance of the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. Arranging a Taxi is no problem and all the staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good with a varied choice and a relaxing drink in the bar in the evening after a day spent sightseeing was welcome.

Our stay at the Grand Hotel Palace was absolutely perfect. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautiful with a wonderful balcony. We were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco and a personalized note from the staff. Such a nice touch. The location was perfect within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. The staff at the desk answered every question and were so helpful arranging taxis. I want to send out a special thank you to Manuel at the desk. He asked us before we checked out if we got everything out of our safe. And oh my goodness, we had left our passports in there. We would've been in such a mess getting home if it wasn't for him. He saved us and we are so grateful to him. I highly recommend the Grand Hotel Palace in Rome! Loved it!

A great hotel and lovely staff. We spent three nights in Rome and the Grand Hotel Palace was the perfect choice for us. Our room was magnificent, the marble bathroom was huge and the large balcony was breathtaking. The restaurant's magnificent murals and beautiful interior were delightful. Definitely a 5 star hotel. I can highly recommend the hotel and would be happy to come again.

We stayed at this hotel during our 6 days long Rome trip and we could not have chosen a better accommodation option to our taste: it was located within walking distance to touristic spots yet, quite away from the touristic commotion and chaos; it was like a palace yet reasonably priced for that ambiance, clean, efficient in every sense, we truly loved it. We stayed at room no 105 which was very spacious and well decorated. All amenities were in place including even cell phone and Apple Watch chargers. We had a complimentary Prosecco in our room which was a very nice gesture. We had not opted for an included breakfast while making the reservation but we loved the overall ambiance of the breakfast room and so, had breakfast here 2 mornings. It was a bit expensive but the open buffet was very rich and satisfactory. A la carte ordering is also an option for breakfast. There is also a spa at the hotel but we did not have the time to try it. Last but not least, the staff. They were very efficient, very competent on their job, working very swiftly and professionally. Hadn't we stayed at Grand Hotel Palace Rome, our Rome trip would not be this perfect.

Brilliant hotel, front desk staff very helpful. Very clean. Breakfast good, for an included one. Again staff very attentive. Bathroom and shower especially good. Very fluffy towels. Leaving little treats like chocolates and olive oil.
