Hotel De La Ville, a Rocco Forte Hotel 

First class hotel with excellent service. Our room was beautiful. The rooftop restaurant was excellent and the staff attentive but also providing great tips when visiting the city. Especially Uri.

Amazing preoperty at the top location in Rome above the Spanish steps and a few minute walk to most major sites in Rome. Very attentive, responsive staff adn top concierge serice, the best bar Cielo in town at the roof top, fantastic breakfast and fantastic atmosphere

Only went to the rooftop bar for lunch but highly recommended an amazing experience. Fabulous setting, staff and ambiance. The food was fabulous as were the cocktails

Another amazing stay. This is our fourth time staying in this fabulous hotel, we have a deep connection with the hotel as we stayed there when we got engaged, came back to plan the wedding, got married and now we came for a 1st anniversary stay. I think this says everything already and how special the hotel must be. Everything was yet again perfect. Yes the rooms are gorgeous with super comfortable beds, the spa is fab and the hotel is so stunningly decorated, but it is the staff that make this hotel truly something else. We meet so many staff that were there last year and they remembered us, chatted away and made the stay next level. We meet our amazing wedding planner Chiara, who organised our return stay for us and made sure our stay was as amazing as last year. She is fab and took the time to sit and have a coffee and catch up with us and made us feel like we had arrived back at our roman home. Juiliano at breakfast took customer service to the next level, he is a true professional and you could be forgiven for thinking he can read minds! He made sure we had everything and more we needed. He actually served us at our wedding last year and remembered us and addressed us by name as soon as he seen us! We really hope he is there next year when we return again! We booked a private cocktail class for something a little different on our anniversary and it was done in the Julep bar which is stunning. The bar tender who hosted our class was simply amazing. He chatted to us, had a clear passion for what he did and exceeded every expectation we had for the class. Would recommend to anyone to book this for something special. I am so sorry I don't remember his name.

We stayed at the Rocco forte house for the week of Thanksgiving, four adults. Every single aspect of our stay exceeded my expectations. A seamless arrival, beyond excellent assistance from the concierge for both big and smaller requests were handled gracefully and almost immediately. The apartment itself was flawless and we hope we are lucky enough to visit again.
