The hotel truly lives up to its name the service is absolutely outstanding. A special thank you to Antonio in the restaurant, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. When we wanted to take a group photo, he went above and beyond, even calling over other team members to hold the lights for us so we could get the perfect shot. It’s these little thoughtful gestures that make such a big difference and turn a great stay into a truly memorable one. The location is beautiful, the garden is absolutely breathtaking, and the breakfast was honestly one of the best we’ve ever had. Without a doubt, the best hotel in Rome. An exceptional experience from start to finish!

Our family has been staying at Hotel de Russie during a very special family reunion trip with my 88-year-old father, and the experience has been exceptional from beginning to end. Mario and Tania at breakfast started each morning with warmth, kindness, and thoughtful attention, helping us plan our days and making every breakfast a pleasure. Marina at the Concierge Desk was simply outstanding. Her knowledge, efficiency, and genuine care ensured that every detail of our stay ran smoothly and effortlessly. Travelling with an elderly parent can present unique challenges, but the team at Hotel de Russie anticipated our needs and consistently went above and beyond to make my father comfortable and cared for. Their professionalism was matched by a level of personal attention that transformed an already special holiday into a truly unforgettable one. Where you stay in Rome matters. The Hotel de Russie is top-notch from start to finish, beginning with the decadent breakfast buffet through to the incredible dining experience offered in the evenings. The rooms are gorgeous in design, spacious in their layout and feature beautifully designed bathrooms. On top of it all, the staff was kind and accommodating.
