5-star elegant hotel with amazing rooms and very responsive staff that customizes stay based on your needs. couple examples of how they went above and beyond: asked ahead of time for perfume free room amenities and everything was waiting for me. brought ice to room multiple times a day to ice knees. they ordered an italian lotion on amazon to be sent to next hotel Pros: location - great location right in center of city near shopping, restaurants, museums rooms - elegant large quiet rooms with very high ceilings lots of drawer hanging space, large bathrooms with large tubs, tv casting works well, quiet AC concierges - very responsive, helps with planning restaurants activities anything with room on chat quick response, taxis in few minutes bar - couple elegant seating areas for relaxing drinks breakfast - very nice breakfast buffet or a la carte all included with great view Cons: gym - very small gym big enough for few people max with cardio weight mat basics => i was always the only one there but still think they should knock out 1/2 a room to expand to decent size

An absolutely exquisite hotel with wonderful service and very well appointed rooms with luxurious bedding and a beautiful bathroom. It is skso very conveniently located near the Spanish Steps and lots of restaurants and shops. I would come back to Rome just to stay at this hotel.

I went to the Hotel Eden for a solo staycation, it was also my third “the Dorchester Collection” series hotel, originating from London, I experienced Dubai “the Lana”. While during my visit to Rome also my Birthday, I did not hesitate to choose Hotel Eden. Firstly, talking about the building style and vibe, it is a luxury boutique with Roman romantic. The most impressed point was the wonderful service and spectacular Roma city view. I also tried the iconic restaurant - La Terrazza restaurant, the kind staff also provides me a birthday cake for the celebration. I really enjoyed the grand Rome city view which you should never miss. It had become my priority hotel in Rome and can not wait to be back for my next Rome trip.❤️

Staying at Hotel Eden felt like experiencing Rome from a privileged and peaceful perspective because the rooftop views over the city were breathtaking at sunset, the rooms were elegant and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere combined classic Italian style with a calm and refined sense of luxury.

Super cozy hotel. The location was great for me, the room was really clean and spacious. The receptionist was super welcoming and helped us with all our questions. Definitely recommend it.
