Hotel Eden Rome is our favorite five star luxury hotel in Rome. The location is wonderful, a 10 minute walk to the Spanish Steps, next to Villa Borghese, 15 minute walk to Trevi Fountain and close to the luxury shopping around Via Condotti. It's a quiet, elegant, residential-feeling part of central Rome. We recently stayed there again with my family in four rooms and everyone loved it! The rooms are stunning, with high ceilings, gorgeous décor and furnishings and large exquisite marble bathrooms. The linens and towels are of the finest quality. Everything about the hotel is pure class and perfection! Every morning we had breakfast at Il Giardino Ristorante with their large windows and breathtaking views of the city of Rome. There is an extensive delicious buffet and also a la carte. The waiters are so attentive providing excellent service. It is truly one of our favorite breakfast in all our travels. We also ate at the Restaurant for dinner. The Cacio e pepe was the best! It is a very popular so be sure to make reservations in advance. The Bar at night is the place to be with views of the city all lit up! I communicated with the Concierge staff in advance in planning our four night stay with restaurant suggestions, activities etc. They responded quickly and in great detail. Once at the hotel they are so fabulous with any request! What makes this hotel so special is their amazing staff. They all have the best attitudes with big smiles on their faces. To be greeted that way everyday by the fantastic doormen is surely a treat! I also had a fabulous manicure at the Spa. Housekeeping cleaned our room to perfection twice a day. Upon arrival there were hand written welcome notes with lovely treats. Also throughout our stay there were delicious gourmet treats by the pastry chef. There must be a reason Hotel Eden has been awarded 5 stars by Forbes Travel Guide (highest rating) which is the most prestigious standard for luxury hospitality worldwide. The hotel is committed to providing the highest standards to give their guests a true luxury experience. If you are looking for the finest luxury hotel in Rome- Hotel Eden should be your only choice. Our Italy trip took us from Rome (June 29–July 1) to Capri (July 1–4) and back to Rome (July 4–7), where we stayed at the stunning Hotel Eden, part of Dorchester Collection, a five-star landmark near the Spanish Steps, blending over 130 years of Italian elegance with warm hospitality and breathtaking rooftop views of the Roman skyline. We booked two junior suites but were generously upgraded to one huge two-bedroom suite — fitting our entire group comfortably and making the final leg of our trip even more special. The level of care was outstanding across the board: - Front desk: professional and smooth - Concierge: brilliant tips for Rome - Housekeeping: spotless every day - Food & Beverage: amazing meals, incredible rooftop Special mention to Michela Erica Cencia, who looked after us with real warmth and attention to detail. Hotel Eden is one of the best hotels and experiences I've ever had anywhere in the world. The amenities are fantastic, the location is perfect, but most important of all the staff is exceptional. Every interaction we had with hotel staff from the doorman, bellman, concierge, front desk, housekeeping, etc. was absolutely amazing. They take service seriously and really make you feel at home and welcomed. Dimitri in the bar upstairs not only makes a fabulous Negroni but he is great with kids and really goes the extra mile to make sure you're being taken care of and feel special.
