Gorgeous hotel with super team
Smashing hotel. Really friendly and helpful staff. Excellent rooftop bar for sundowners looking out over Rome. Pricey but we were well looked after. Good location with decent eating options in and close to the hotel.

Wonderful weekend
We booked a prestige room, and a triple room for my husband’s birthday weekend for our family of 5. The hotel arranged a taxi to collect us from the airport, and that went smoothly. On arrival at hotel we were thrilled to have had both rooms unexpectedly upgraded - the rooms each had 2 bathrooms, a living room, and for the triple a 2nd bedroom. The rooms were the biggest we have ever seen, absolutely huge and so beautiful. All the staff were so welcoming with outstanding customers service. We ate breakfast in the hotel which had everything you could possibly want, and more. A really fabulous breakfast. A wonderful weekend stay, and we definitely will return to this hotel again.

Beautiful hotel in Rome
Beautiful hotel in a great location between park Borghese and Via Veneto. Beautifully designed rooms. Amazing breakfast with a view over Borghese gardens and Rome. Bar with stunning views of Rome and Mirabel restaurant create memories to remember. Impeccable service. Special thanks to Silvia at reception and Gina in the breakfast area for making our stay special.

Good Hotel but not great
This is a good expensive hotel which is not great The staff are excellent The restaurant is very good and both the restaurant and bar have great views over the City. However the bar has no air conditioning r However- the wifi is terrible; our room - an upgrade was only just ok with steps up to both the bathroom and clothes cupboards No coffee machine Reception confident but not competent with the bill which was a real ordeal Our third visit and probably our last

do not stay here, 1 star hotel
awful hotel!! the ac didn't work, the toilet paper is awful!!! a cup of ice cream for room service is $35. the general manger wouldn't let us check out at 12 noon and said if we left he would charge us for the night. the staff is awful and the breakfast doesn't even have fresh eggs. run from this place!!! DO NOT Stay Here!!!! overpriced with a terrible gym, antiquated ac , no place to charge ur phone and awful staff!!!
