The Hoxton Rome

So comfortable, so friendly & awesome breakfasts!

I had an incredible stay at the Hoxton Roma from February 13th to 17th. The reception desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The restaurant Elio offers delicious food and a fantastic breakfast selection. The staff there was also very helpful and recommended some local restaurants in Rome for my visit. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with excellent room service and prompt cleaning. The bedding was incredibly soft and inviting, making it easy to stay in bed all day. While the hotel wasn’t in the heart of the city, the bus ride to the city center was quick and convenient, taking less than 30 minutes. Overall, I highly recommend the Hoxton Roma for a memorable stay. A special thank you to Luigi, Silvia, and the entire team for making my experience truly exceptional.

A couple of weeks ago, through a travel agent, we booked and prepaid three nights at The Hoxton Hotel in Rome for late April. A few days later, I contacted the hotel directly just to confirm that our reservation and prepayment had been received. To my surprise, the hotel initially could not locate our booking. After several emails back and forth, one employee in particular—Fabio Frizzi—stood out for his diligence and professionalism. Fabio took the time to investigate the issue thoroughly and ultimately confirmed in writing that our reservation and prepayment were fully in order. His clear communication, efficiency, and calm handling of the situation gave us exactly what every traveler hopes for: peace of mind. Fabio provided excellent customer service and turned what could have been a stressful situation into a very positive experience. Grazie mille, Fabio—keep up the great work. I have never been impressed so much in any other hotel, by the hospitality of the team at the Hoxton. From the welcome at Reception by Claudia and Vittoria to the attention of the waiters, Fabrizio and Gabriele - everyone knew my name whenever I saw them over my 2 night / 3 day stay and the hotel Manager herself took the time and trouble to come and chat too. Fabulous room, excellent food and thoroughly recommend this hotel and these amazing people to anyone staying in Rome

We just stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience. On the top floor, it was very quiet; also in a great location if you want to avoid being right in the middle of all the tourist spots (but easy to walk to the same). The people were exceptionally helpful and nice, and the cost was very reasonable for such a nice hotel. Probably best for singles, couples and/or business people (probably not what you’re looking for if you have young kids).
