Our Gratitude for Your Outstanding Service

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 5 days ago

We chose The Hoxton Hotel in Rome for its location and because Oceania Cruises uses this hotel as a departure point for cruises from Civitavecchia. On our first evening, we decided to have dinner at their Elio restaurant because of its stylish atmosphere, relaxed neighborhood feel, and contemporary Italian cuisine. Our server, Cecilia, greeted us with a wonderful and warm smile. Since my partner Sharon is vegan, Cecilia went out of her way to ensure that she would have a delicious and wholesome dinner experience. Cecilia took the time to speak at length with Chef Michele S., who then prepared a very special vegan dinner that exceeded Sharon’s expectations. Chef Michele personally came to our table to ensure that we were happy with our meal, and indeed we were. Cecilia, with her contagious smile, warmth, and bubbly personality, helped create an atmosphere that we will remember fondly for a very long time. We were also fascinated by the teamwork between Cecilia, Valerio in the kitchen, and Gabriele and Mario as servers. Watching them work together felt almost like watching a beautifully coordinated performance. We also enjoyed meeting the people at the front desk, whose kindness added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. We would certainly recommend The Hoxton Hotel in Rome and its restaurant Elio to all of our friends. With sincere gratitude, Sharon and Bill

Fine enough if you are not All Accor member.

Solid 3/5. Expensive at 1400 EUR for 3 nights but that is Rome I assume. . Small room, no view at all. Accor platinum no recognition- early check in but disappointing room. Cleaning great, furniture nice, view bad. If you are Accor go somewhere else IMHO. Breakfast great though. Would I revisit? Nope.
