Great hotel in very good location.
We just stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience. On the top floor, it was very quiet; also in a great location if you want to avoid being right in the middle of all the tourist spots (but easy to walk to the same). The people were exceptionally helpful and nice, and the cost was very reasonable for such a nice hotel. Probably best for singles, couples and/or business people (probably not what you’re looking for if you have young kids).

Nice interior but location too far out of centre, also billing issue
Nice hotel with cool interior and atmosphere. Comfortable beds and attentive staff in the main, breakfast staff particularly pleasant. The reason for three stars is location, it is too far out of the centre to recommend to others. Other issue is I prepaid and was then asked for an additional €120 on check out. The receptionist was apologetic and explained there is a discrepancy between the original price quoted on the internet and the amount they took from my card. Apparently this is a known glitch in the system, Hoxton needs to sort that issue urgently as not acceptable for a large hotel chain.

The hotel is well kept and maintained. Fifteen minutes away from the Center. It’s a walking distance from Villa Borghese. Restaurants are nearby. Lastly and importantly the STAFF are incredibly awesome. They wear a SMILE in their sleeves. They are all respectful and willing to help and assist. A BIG SHOUT TO THE FOLLOWING STAFF … Simona … Claudia … Eleonora … Queen Victoria … Sara … Filippo … Luigi Albano … Adriano … Nikola … Federico … Francesca … Zora … 🥰

Lovely Hotel
Chose the Hoxton because I’ve stayed in the London one and it was just as good. A lovely room at the front of the hotel, spacious and quiet. Nice staff and generally good drinks. Only let down was the restaurant which isn’t much good at all but I’ve left a separate review for this.
