The Hoxton Rome

We stayed at The Hoxton, Rome during the hottest week in August, and it was such a pleasure to come back to a room that was always clean, fresh and wonderfully cool after a day exploring Rome in the heat!, A special thank you to Musaf and Christopher, who were both incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. My partner has serious allergies to fish and seafood, so dining out can sometimes be stressful. The team at The Hoxton took this extremely seriously. They carefully prepared our food, paid close attention to every detail and made sure we felt safe and comfortable. We absolutely loved our time at The Hoxton, Rome and would happily stay again!

There is not enough space here to describe my stay at The Hoxton Rome. Firstly, need to shout out Fabio at Reservations, Marianna who assisted with a concierge request and the amazing and friendly and knowledgeable weekend afternoon/PM staff - usually a guy with long hair and a girl with glasses (I never asked their names! My bad!). This trip was for my mother’s birthday and even before arriving I started emailing the hotel about any special touches that could be done. Marianna was easy to correspond with and she knew exactly what I was looking for. Fabio was SO HELPFUL he assisted me when I wanted to switch my reservation and with some billing modifications. He also provided a great upgrade opportunity which made the stay 1000% better. The front desk staff let me know where to go and how to get there every time I asked. They were super hospitable in every sense of the word. I can’t leave out the F&B staff, amazing people- they even KNEW when it was my mom’s birthday and celebrated her in the most thoughtful way during breakfast by singing happy birthday a bringing her a croissant with a candle in it for her to blow out. These little details, the thoughtfulness, were what made this stay so special and memorable. Thank you Hoxton Rome staff, you most definitely know how to do hospitality RIGHT. - Daniel & Ivonne

I always love returning to the Hoxton in Rome, every single stay has been beyond perfect thanks to Ahmad at the reception. All other staff members have always been amazing as well! This time I brought my small poodle and it was even more special, as the staff had already prepared a mini bed for my dog as well as bowls for water and food. Everyone is always so friendly, I love the vibe of the hotel and the room decorations. The bed was very comfortable and I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud, very soft duvet and sheets. I have eaten there on several occasions, also breakfast. The food is delicious! Thank you again Ahmad and the Hoxton team. Can’t wait to be back.

Frederico and Fobrizio we fantastic. We had a wonderful bottle of champagne annd our glass never went without being topped off in a perfectly timely manner. we finished our meal with a delicious Lemoncello. Nice and cool on a hot summer day

We absolutely LOVED our stay at The Hoxton. The hotel is beautifully designed, the rooms are so clean and comfortable and the restaurant Elio was so good we ate there almost every day during our week long stay. Gabriele and Fabrizio were our amazing waiters for dinner. They were so friendly and helpful, along with all the other staff there. Although the location is just outside the city center, getting around was very easy and just a short taxi ride to all the tourist destinations. Highly recommend staying here or even just coming for a meal. We will 100% be back on our next visit to Rome!!
