No need to leave. Very cool place.
Fabulous stay. Beautiful room. Breakfast food is splendid, especially the traditional pastry similar to a cream donut. Yum! Charlie’s 6th floor bar was very chic. Good Sandeman port after a long day of touring.

Simone - consummate professional server.
This review is for Simone in the Vici restaurant. We were here for four days but the one and only day that we were actually served at Breakfast was when Simone was our server! And we were visiting on the busiest breakfast day of the entire stay - which one would logically think that the service would be less thorough since there were a full restaurant with active tables!! The other days we weren’t complaining or disappointed because we just figured that breakfast which includes a huge buffet and or one item each from the menu is a different atmosphere/vibe of your typical non-buffet restaurant. Simone was conscientious, professional, and detail oriented. As I said, we were happy and thankful for the breakfast all week, but today was a bonus literally due to the service of Simone!!!

Great Hotel on the Via Veneto
Great Rome hotel. Hotel was recently renovated.Rooms were comfortable. Staff was great. Vici restaurant for dinner one evening was great with the food and service both being awesome. We will return.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service
Stayed here this last week and had a wonderful experience. The service and attention to detail was impeccable from the moment we arrived. Check-in was smooth and quick. We stayed here with our child and they were given a bear-shaped keycard to our room. Housekeeping was excellent, rolling up our charging cables neatly, placing our toiletries in order, placing our shoes on towels after waxing the floor and even “improving” the bed my child had made for their bear keycard to sleep in. We dined at Vici each morning and enjoyed the large selection of breakfast options. The neighbourhood was also great, with easy access to transportation and for transportation to arrive at. Lots of restaurants nearby within a short walk. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Rome.

Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL. Guiseppe and Aurora are absolutely Top Tier assistants to us and made our stay flawless. The rooms, the restaurant, breakfast, door service, room service… concierge…all excellent. This was my second stay in two years. I will be back.
