NH Collection Roma Giustiniano

Hotel location was very central and close to a lot of the main sites of interest. Could have been more information provided at check in regarding breakfast etc. room was a little tired but comfortable enough a lot of noise early in the morning from others in the courtyard behind the hotel. Air conditioning was also not functioning.

Great spot, far enough away for the city and walking distance to awesome restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful with everything including great spots to eat. I would stay here again.

Great hotel, but the real star was Elena from the breakfast team. Every morning she made us feel genuinely welcomed — always smiling, always attentive, and with a warmth that's truly rare. She's the kind of person that turns a good stay into an unforgettable one. The hotel is lucky to have her!

This is our first stay at an NH Collection hotel, and very impressed. Located in a quiet part of Rome but within walking distance of most attractions. Everything about the hotel was first class, and the staff was most pleasant to deal with and most courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Maria, Marcella, and Salvatore at the front desk, Gabriella at breakfast, and the evening bartender during our stay, who I think was named Roberto. If all NH hotels are like this one, we’re a fan.
