The rooms are very nice, amenities are excellent and the staff is very helpful and accommodating. Roberto at the bar is excellent, wonderful service and a great place to have a drink and dinner.

I booked a room with balcony for 5 days having view of Vatican . Room was good size and we was comfy. House keeping was not excellent but kept tidy. Reception is good very helpful and attentive . Breakfast was in my booking which is open buffet although not too much variety still workable . Agnese Evapa pampered us with her great coffee Latte and smile on face.

Roberto was absolutely amazing!!!!! He’s the bartender at the bar downstairs. He’s so welcoming and gave us the best advice for local restaurants. We had the best conversations with him and he made us feel extremely welcomed.

Roberto is incredibly friendly! I will come back here again. He’s so talented and makes the best drinks! He’s so friendly and nice. Go see him at the hotel bar!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is very central, yet quiet. It is in the center of Prati an a close walk to P. di Popolo. The reception staff was very nice and helpful. I booked through the American Express Platinum Fine Hotels and it was a great deal. The rooms were lovely and the the staff went out of their way to make my experience exceptional. Especially Roberta and Maria. The breakfast is amazing with a wide assortment of high quality items, with very healthy and delicious choices. Roberto at the bar is super sweet and hospitable. I will definitely return there!
