NH Collection Roma Giustiniano

Front desk staff were very rude and unwelcoming from the moment we arrived. This hotel is not close to any major tourist areas and the taxi and uber rates were very high. The tub was also very tall, making it very difficult to step out of, if you don't have long legs so ask for a walk in shower if this applies to you. My biggest issue with this hotel was how rude the front desk staff were and how far we were from everything. It was extremely hot, so walking was out of the question and this increased the transport costs. We were also supposed to get special amenities according to our package and that didn't happen. I just felt very unwelcome

Excellent stay at NH Collection Roma Giustiniano. The location was perfect for visiting the Vatican, and our room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would happily stay here again.

Our room was not in the best location. I had specifically requested a corner room, but I did not realize that it would be right beside the parking garage and directly above the loading dock entrance. Unfortunately, the early-morning deliveries meant that we were often awakened around 6:00 AM by the loading and unloading of towels and other hotel supplies, as well as the coming and going of cars. This was definitely the one downside of our stay. However, this negative experience was completely overshadowed by the magnificent staff at NH Collection Roma Giustiniano. Their warmth, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay truly special. When we first checked in and entered our room, **Maricetta** called us personally to make sure everything was in order and asked if there was anything else we needed. That small gesture immediately made us feel welcomed and cared for. The following morning, we needed to leave very early—around 6:30 AM—for our Papal Audience tour. I went downstairs to ask if it would be possible to have some breakfast to take with us, even though the kitchen was not open yet. **Allen and Ali** went above and beyond and prepared a wonderful breakfast for us, including sandwiches, croissants, biscuits, orange juice, and bottled water. We were incredibly grateful! **Ian** was also exceptionally thoughtful. Since the hotel did not have an ice vending machine, he would always offer us ice and cold water whenever he saw us. It was such a simple gesture, but it showed how attentive he was to the guests. On our last day, I asked **Michelle** if she could recommend some good coffee shops. She could have simply given me a few names, but instead, she went the extra mile by actually calling the shops to make sure they were open before recommending them to us. That level of service was truly impressive. And then there was **Roberto**, who worked at the bar. We arrived knowing the bar was closing in about 10 minutes, and he could have simply served us a beer or wine and sent us on our way. Instead, he happily prepared cocktails for us and spent nearly half an hour chatting with us. There were also families in the lounge who ordered drinks, and he continued to serve them graciously without making anyone feel rushed because of closing time. Finally, **Marco**, one of the funniest and most cheerful front-desk receptionists, gave us such a memorable farewell—singing and dancing as we left! Last but certainly not least, **Saadia at the breakfast bar** deserves a special mention. Every morning, she warmly welcomed everyone who came in and made us feel genuinely cared for. She was incredibly attentive to all the guests, quietly clearing and resetting our tables whenever we finished and offering us coffee. Her warm smile and thoughtful service were such a lovely way to start each morning. She truly added to the wonderful experience we had at the hotel. The room location was certainly not ideal, but honestly, **the staff completely wiped out the negative experience**. They are among the friendliest, most accommodating, and genuinely caring hotel staff we have ever encountered. Every person we interacted with made us feel welcome and valued. We know we will be back in Rome, and **I would absolutely stay at NH Collection Roma Giustiniano again—especially if this wonderful team is still there.** They are truly what made our stay memorable. **Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcomed in Rome!** Julius and Aileen (Canada)

Front desk handled and help promptly, correctly, clearly and completely... Front desk staff includes Maria concerta,Michelle, Mohammad ali and all during our stay. Guest relation ladies were superb, listened our request carefully and guided clearly.

Roberto’s service is AMAZING! He is so attentive and make sure you love everything. I would come back just because of his service.
