Wonderful Rome stay
The NH Collection Roma Giustiniano is simply superb. Excellent location. The room was very spacious and had a nice view of St Peter's Basilica. The staff was wonderful. Excellent breakfast. They rescued from a bad experience at a nearby hotel, and will definitely return.

Incredible stay at hotel Giustiniano
Thank you for an extraordinary stay in hotel Giustiniano on via Virgilio. Everything was just perfect! A big thank you to all the staff for their kindness, especially Maria Concetta who was so cordial , helpful and attentive to all my needs. I will only be staying in this hotel whenever I am Rome!

Short but memorable stay in Rome
Everything was perfect except the price, 1200 EUR for a 2-night stay is really a lot, and the bathroom should be a bit updated. The toilet did not flush properly and squeaked while sitting if it was going to fall off the wall. For this price, it should be at least a minimum cosmetic change. Service was excellent, personnel are nice, friendly and professional.Perfect location, just across the river, you are within walking distance of the most famous monuments of Rome.

Stop over in Rome prior to Cruise and then back at Hotel after cruise
Very good stay centrally located hotel with many restaurants in the area. Walk to many much visited areas of Rome. Excellent service from friendly staff. Upgrade to Junior suite for both stays was wonderful. Only minor incident is that shower faucet in room 505 did not regulate temperature properly. notified front desk. Also, as I find in many hotels in Europe...poor TV channel availability. I would highly recommend.

Great hotel; somewhat haughty staff at front desk
Loved the room and the location. Quiet. Very good staff but check in and departure marred by haughty staff at desk.
