NH Collection Roma Giustiniano

We just finished up our stay at this hotel. We had a great stay. The junior suite was clean and fantastic with a deck and wonderful view of the Vatican. We had some business needs to tend to during our stay and the front desk was wonderful in helping us. They also had great dinner recommendations!We had some time after our check out so we went to the bar and enjoyed some drinks and food and wonderful service and conversation with Roberto who manages the bar! He was so nice and friendly and made our last few hours in Rome great! To top it off he was patient with me as I practiced my Italian!!! We will be back. Highly recommend this hotel and definitely stop and say hi to Roberto!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our brief stay in Rome. We especially enjoyed visiting the bar and interacting with the bartender, Roberto. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and enjoyed our food and drinks.

Very accommodating staff! When we arrived our room wasn’t quite ready ( we were early) but the amazing staff gave us a suite. Very helpful concerning local restaurants and directions. Breakfast is lovely. Would definitely recommend K & K

A very nice modern hotel and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff who also arranged us a taxi to Civitavecchia on checkout day. We were upgraded to a mini suite. Excellent breakfast with huge choice. Well located with lots of small restaurants close by to choose from.

I really enjoy my single room Accommodation. The front service is knowledgeable. I will surely use this hotel in my next trip.
