One of the worst and most overpriced hotels I’ve ever been to. The lobby’s outdated decor was matched by a foul stench! The staff’s incompetence was baffling, and their lack of interest was even worse! The breakfast was a disaster with stale bread, cold bacon, laying in oil, all four coffee machines did not function, and again the staff was completely unable or unwilling to provide a decent service!

We had a wonderful stay at NH Collection Roma Giustiniano and would gladly stay here again on a future trip to Rome. Michelle was truly the standout of our experience. She provided excellent restaurant recommendations, always greeted us warmly, and most importantly helped us during a stressful last-minute flight cancellation. She advocated for us and arranged accommodations that completely changed the situation from frustrating to manageable and comfortable. Her level of care and hospitality made a big difference in our trip. We stayed in a Junior Suite and found it very cozy, clean, and comfortable. The welcome treats and thoughtful touches were greatly appreciated after long days of exploring the city. The location of the hotel was also excellent. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe, yet still close to great restaurants, shops, the Vatican, and many of Rome’s main attractions. It gave us the perfect balance of convenience and calm. Thank you again to Michelle and the entire team for making our stay such a positive experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome.

Great stay at the hotel. The location was perfect and the atmosphere was really nice. Roberto from the restaurant/bar was very friendly and welcoming. Really appreciated his service and positive attitude!

Our hotel room was the bomb! We had a corner room which had a sitting room, bedroom, and balcony. The had a tub and a shower, and complimentary toothbrushes, toothpaste, robes & slippers. We also had a TV in the sitting room and another in the bedroom. We had tea, coffee (LaVazza), and several other amenities displayed on a tray on the desk. Who could ask for more?
