We had a great stay at the hotel, very well located and everyone was very helpful specially Ali from the front desk. Great place to stay

We stayed at NH Collection Roma Giustiniano from September 6–9, and we honestly had such a wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely kind. You could really feel that the staff cared about their guests, and that made our stay feel much more personal. At the front desk, Sergio and Marco were so nice and helpful. They always greeted us warmly and were happy to help whenever we needed anything. Marco was especially fun and made us laugh. He even spoke to us in our native language, Filipino, which completely surprised us! 😂 It was such a small gesture, but it really meant a lot to us. It made us feel like they were making an effort to connect with us personally rather than just treating us like another hotel guest. It was also our anniversary, and we never expected the hotel to do anything for us. So we were genuinely shocked when we received a gift from the staff — wine and chocolates. ❤️ It was such a thoughtful surprise and made our anniversary stay feel even more special. We also had breakfast and dinner at Zenzerro & Canella, and everything was fresh and enjoyable. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and accommodating, which made dining at the hotel really pleasant. And then there was Roberto, who deserves a special mention. From the very beginning, he was an absolute angel. After a long and exhausting day exploring Rome, we came back to the hotel tired, but Roberto made our dinner so enjoyable that we almost forgot how tired we were. He was incredibly friendly, warm, and accommodating — exactly the kind of person you hope to meet at a restaurant. He made us feel like we were dining with a friend, while still providing the professional and attentive service you would expect from a great hotel restaurant. That balance is not easy to find, and Roberto did it perfectly. And the food! The Cacio e Pepe was delicious, but my husband especially loved the beef cheeks. They were SO tender — literally melting in your mouth. 😂❤️ Overall, we had a really lovely stay. The room and hotel were great, but honestly, the people are what we will remember most. Sergio, Marco, Roberto, and everyone else we met made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Thank you to the whole team at NH Collection Roma Giustiniano for making our anniversary stay in Rome extra special. ❤️🇮🇹 We would definitely stay here again!

For Americans that had no idea where they wanted to go or where they needed to be. This is the perfect hotel to stay at. We were a quick cab ride away from the Trevi fountain, the Spanish stairs, Vatican City, and the Colosseum. The staff were awesome, especially Roberto the bartender! We have plans to come back next year when it is cooler weather! August/ September is hot! The rooms were air conditioned to your own comfort level and the showers were great after a long day! Food and drinks were great also!

Front desk staff were very rude and unwelcoming from the moment we arrived. This hotel is not close to any major tourist areas and the taxi and uber rates were very high. The tub was also very tall, making it very difficult to step out of, if you don't have long legs so ask for a walk in shower if this applies to you. My biggest issue with this hotel was how rude the front desk staff were and how far we were from everything. It was extremely hot, so walking was out of the question and this increased the transport costs. We were also supposed to get special amenities according to our package and that didn't happen. I just felt very unwelcome

Excellent stay at NH Collection Roma Giustiniano. The location was perfect for visiting the Vatican, and our room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would happily stay here again.
