Great experience with Roberto
Incredible experience at the restaurant. Roberto the bartender was incredible kind, welcoming and made us feel at home. He servers us delicious wine from Italy. He knew what he was talking about and made our experience here.

I really enjoy this hotel! At first, I wasn't sure about the location at first, but it's been wonderful!
What a wonderful place. Amazing staff. Traveling alone is not easy for me, but they haven't given me a chance to feel lonely! Such a cool vibe here. The check in process was easy. The front desk were so kindhearted and got me a wonderful room. The bartenders, Vincenzo and Roberto are a great team. Great hospitality, such a comfy atmosphere. The ladies at the front desk.... wow is all I can say! Martina and Ciara are total girl's girls! I am here for a wedding and I did pack everything I needed. They both are patient problem solvers and helped me get what I needed delivered right to the hotel the very next day... I am going to look stunning! Thank you all at the NH Guistiniano! I will stay here again when in Rome!

The classy NH Collection Giustiniano in Rome
We spent two fantastic nights on the 7th floor in the Vatican view suite, and it was absolutely amazing. We sat on the balcony each night eating cheese, meats, and wine, watching the sun go down on the most spectacular skyline in Rome

Wonderful bartender, Roberto! Makes a great lemon cello, creates a perfect sambuca, pours a generous prosecco. Loved you Roberto!

Wonderful hotel, felt so safe here.
The hotel is in a lovely neighbourhood and within walking distance of Vatican City. Every member of the staff team that we meet was excellent. Our beautifully appointed & well equipped suite on the 7th floor was a real standout, with views of St Peter’s Basilica.
