Bathed in the elegance, history, and culture of ancient Rome, Palazzo Manfredi offers an exclusive glimpse of Italy's celebrated past with all the modern comforts of a luxurious five-star escape. At Palazzo Manfredi, every window promises a journey to the past. Breathtaking views of the Coliseum and cobbled Roman roads await behind the heavy, roped drapery in each of the hotel's exquisite accommodations. Each room is a jewel of style and sophistication awash in opulent Roman textiles; warm, natural light floods in through the numerous windows, and a soft, earthy color palette completes the relaxed ambiance. Plush rugs envelope the length of living and sleeping areas, while cool marble dominates in the lavish well-equipped bathrooms; rooms range in size from the intimate Prestige to the colossal Suite Colosseo. Larger families or those seeking a more secluded setting may opt for a stay in the palatial accommodations of Palazzo Manfredi's off-site apartments, available with all the comforts of the hotel, but the privacy of one's very own pied-à-terre.

amazing location and wonderful view. Bar is nice but you need to book and as a hotel guest there is no where else to sit and have a drink - the bar runs on set times 6pm - 8.30pm etc so there is no pop to the bar for a drink before heading to your room - we did go to the bar but we booked which was lovely with the same wonderful views. The hotel is very nice and the staff are attentive. We had an issue with our room and noise as was near the stairs to the resturant and manager dealt with it and moved us immediately.

Palazzo Manfredi was, without question, the highlight of our stay in Rome and one of the finest hotels we have ever experienced. Although it is an intimate luxury boutique hotel, it deserves far more than five stars. From the moment we arrived, every detail reflected elegance, warmth, and impeccable hospitality. The location is simply unparalleled, offering breathtaking views and easy access to Rome’s most iconic landmarks. The room was beautifully designed, exceptionally comfortable, and maintained to the highest standards. Most impressive of all was the staff: every interaction was genuine, attentive, and thoughtful, making us feel truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Having recently stayed at Baglioni Regina, the contrast could not have been more striking. There is simply no comparison between the two properties—they felt like heaven and hell. While our experience at Baglioni Regina left us deeply disappointed, Palazzo Manfredi restored our faith in what true five-star hospitality should be. Palazzo Manfredi is the perfect example of luxury done right: refined without being pretentious, attentive without being intrusive, and unforgettable in every way. I will enthusiastically recommend this hotel to my friends and family visiting Rome, and I already look forward to returning.

View, rooms and food was amazing. Staff was terrible with communication. They told us that they would contact us when our room was ready. That never came. Then when we came at 7pm to check if our room was ready they laughed and stated that everyone can check in at 3pm. Our electricity went out and our room got hot. We told the front desk which came up to check and never responded when they got the electric back up and running. Just frustrated at the simple communications.

Palazzo Manfredi unquestionably has one of the most spectacular locations in Rome, and waking up to a view of the Colosseum is something we will never forget. The property’s proximity to Rome’s major attractions is outstanding. We stayed in a Master Suite and found the room itself somewhat disappointing relative to the hotel’s reputation and price point. While the Colosseum view is beautiful, the windows are smaller than the photographs may suggest. More importantly, the suite showed noticeable wear and tear in several areas, and the quality of the linens and overall bed comfort did not meet our expectations for a luxury property at this level. Having spent a month traveling through Greece and Italy and staying at 13 different unique luxury properties, we were fortunate to experience a wide range of accommodations. Unfortunately, despite its exceptional location, Palazzo Manfredi ranked at the bottom of our list in terms of room quality and overall value. We still appreciated the unique setting and iconic views, but we expected a more refined and well-maintained guest experience given the hotel’s premium pricing.

Excellent location, professional and friendly staff, comfortable room. On-site restaurant was top-shelf with delicious offerings. Who could ask for more?
