In the heart of Italy, land of wonders and crossroads of cultures, we find Rome, which is art, history, culture, breathtaking landscapes, eternal beauty. Immersed in a magical atmosphere, here the elegance of yesteryear meets contemporary luxury, history meets modernity, the classic meets innovation. In this splendid setting, unique in the world, stands Palazzo Ripetta, a magnificent independent 5-star hotel. The enchanted place where history and art blend with elegance and the inimitable style of Italian hospitality.
A five-star hotel that contains everything that has always moved its keepers. An authentic tourism that makes culture and sustainability its cornerstones, a place that contributes to the preservation of the city's heritage and local realities, in line with its rich tradition, but at the same time is able to anticipate trends and design a shared future.

What a fantastic hotel that provided a great experience. The property itself is beautiful, and the level of service from the staff was exceptional.

Our family had an absolutely fantastic stay at Palazzo Ripetta. The hotel is gorgeous. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The location is terrific. The concierge helped us with reservations and tour ideas. Our kids are 8 and 10, and they were made to feel welcome and enjoyed the stay as much as we did. Can't recommend the Palazzo Ripetta enough for anyone coming to Rome.

For anyone considering hosting an event or dining at the restaurant in palazzo Ripetta, I recommend being cautious. The hotel itself is nice, and the manager, hosts, and hostesses were genuinely kind and professional, but my experience was negatively affected by one particular restaurant employee whose behavior was both disrespectful and unhygienic. I witnessed him verbally abusing another staff member, and I also saw him eating from the guests’ food with his bare hands, which is completely unacceptable in any hospitality setting. Although the rest of the staff were pleasant, this employee made my experience significantly worse, and it seems the San Baylon manager is unaware of his actions, likely because he has worked there for many years. I hope this matter would be taken into consideration

Spent 2 days in this beautiful hotel. The check in was perfect, friendly; I had the feeling to be back even though it was my 1st stay. We booked only the standard room but I was impressed how spacious it was especially for a city hotel. Great location: 15 minutes walk from the Trevi fountain, 5 minutes from Piazza di Spagna and so much more. Thank you to the Assistant Front Office Manager who took good care of us at departure. I would definitely recommend this hotel 10000%. Thank you for the great experience, I’ll be back 😊🥰
