A disastrous experience
I arrived a day early and ended up on the first floor on the street side. I slept four hours because of the trash truck from 4-4:30 am. The hotel does not have cityproof windows or any soundproofing on the street side. There is continuous noise in this room. So far they have not been able to move me to a higher floor on the courtyard side. It is a disastrous start to a special trip.

Palazzo Ripetta - the perfect location in central Rome for a comfortable, clean, and luxurious stay
The Palazzo Ripetta exceeded all expectations. The hotel itself is a work of art, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. All of the staff where professional, friendly, smiled, and eager to make sure we any need was addressed. Would definitely recommend.

Best breakfast croissants!
Everything about this hotel was superb. The service the cleanliness the vibe were all amazing. The breakfast was possibly the best breakfast I ever had in my entire life aside from my mom‘s Christmas breakfast. I believe I will remember this place for the rest of my life.

Elegant Hotel, Excellent Location and Exceptional Service
I had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Ripetta. The hotel is elegant, luxurious and exceptionally clean, with a calm and very pleasant atmosphere. The staff were warm, professional and genuinely helpful from the moment I arrived. Breakfast was excellent, the setting was beautiful, and the location is superb for exploring Rome on foot. A truly lovely hotel with great service, comfort and a wonderful energy. Highly recommended.
