Palazzo Ripetta

This hotel was spectacular. It is located in the heart of Rome, near the Spanish Steps, within walking distance or a quick taxi ride to many sights. The staff (all of whom were bilingual in English) were uniformly attentive, friendly and helpful, especially but not exclusively the front desk and concierge. The rooms were large by European standards, comfortable, and well-appointed. Shower was excellent and the complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Once again, the breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. This was our first trip to Italy and we took in all the regular sights but what made it all work was being able to come back to the Ripetta and have a drink in their lovely garden area. We only visited the rooftop bar once but it looked terrific. As a 5-star hotel it is not cheap but I believe it is not excessive and for us was well worth it.

I cannot say enough about this fabulous hotel. From the location, the design, interiors, friendly and efficient staff, excellent food and cocktails. Our room was beautiful, with nice amenities, coffee service, snacks, etc. It was truly an oasis from the busy streets of Rome. The center courtyard with bar, restaurant, and sitting area is delightful. Needless to say, I highly recommend this property! Oops, forgot to mention the rooftop bar! Yummy cocktails and small bites, delicious.

We greatly enjoyed four nights at this well located hotel with impeccable standards of service from every member of staff we came into contact with starting with Chara and Francesco at reception & including the barman at the bar beside the entrance who is a master of the art of making a great Margarita cocktail !

I had the most incredible stay at Palazzo Ripetta in Rome. It is perfectly located right in the heart of the Eternal City, close to many historic sites, restaurants and shopping. The staff was very helpful, from the front desk concierge and bellman all the way to the restaurant, you could feel their genuine kindness and attention to every detail. They truly make their guests' well-being a top priority.  We were upgraded to the most beautifully decorated suite - apartment that made our anniversary trip so special. The food was also amazing, We loved dining at the hotel's restaurant every morning. Whether we were unwinding in the beautiful courtyard or having a crafted cocktail in the lobby bar, everything about this hotel felt completely dedicated to your happiness. I did not want to leave. Highly recommend!
